Although I wouldn't repurchase the product, I have used a couple of drops in an oil warmer with a tea light under because I liked the smell (not sure how safe that is so do it at your own risk!) so that might be a way for you to use up the product if it's not for you bath-wise! Crowned Review The Sanctuary Bath Relaxer: Your Own 'Sanctuary' At Home (566 words)

I was first introduced to The Sanctuary range about 2 years ago when I was bought a gift set for my birthday. The Sanctuary The Sanctuary Covent Garden is based in London (the name is a bit of a give away) and is a posh spa which is exclusive to ladies! The Sanctuary products only used to be available within The Sanctuary itself but they decided to release their range to be sold in shops so woman could ‘have their own Sanctuary at home’. The Bath Relaxer The Bath Relaxer product from The Sactuary range is basically a bath oil. It comes in a clear bottle with the Sanctuary logo written across the front. The lid is clear and the opening ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Try Me for a Relaxing Bath? (499 words)

For those of you who are not familiar with The Sanctuary, I can inform you that it is a ladies-only day spa which was opened in Covent Garden, London thirty years ago. The Sanctuary spa has also brought out a range of bath and body products, which can be purchased from their website or from larger Boots stores. According to the bottle these 'help you to create a pampering spa experience at home'. I have tried a number of products from the range, but this review is for their 'Bath Relaxer' which was given to me as a birthday present a few months ago... Firstly it is important to note that the 'Bath Relaxer' is not a bubble bath, but is more of a bath oil. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The Sanctuary Bath Relaxer: Relax (815 words)

I’ve just tried out one of my Christmas pressies, a little gem my mum picked in the form of a bottle of Sanctuary Bath Relaxer. The Sanctuary Covent Garden is an ultra posh ladies only day spa in London which exists, it seems, simply to add a little bit of luxury into our lives. Now they’ve made a deal with Boots allowing them exclusive sale of their gorgeous beauty products, we can all pamper ourselves (even those of us not brave enough to drive into London!). The Relaxer is basically an upmarket bath oil, coming in an attractive understated plastic bottle emblazoned with The Sanctuary name and logo. It looks great in the bathroom and you can be ...  Read the complete review

I first started using The Sanctuary products about two years ago when my Sister bought me some as a birthday present and I have used several of their products ever since. The Sanctuary Bath Relaxer comes in a clear plastic bottle. It has orange and blue logo and writing on the front. It has an orange top which you have to press down to open and a clear plastic lid over that. It comes in 250 ml size and currently costs £4.95 from Boots. The product itself is basically a bath oil and is transparent orange/yellow in colour. The smell is hard to describe but is very distinctive and a lot of the range is the same smell. You can definitely smell almond in ...  Read the complete review

Although my birthday is now a distant memory, I am still working my way through the mountain of bath products I received as presents. My mum who must've been reading my mind when I thought I could do with some nice smelly things I could use in the bath to help relax me, as she made me up a huge basket of products from The Sanctuary range. Included in this parcel was a body lotion, which I have already written about, (plug, plug) and Bath Relaxer among many others. I will eventually get down to writing about the other products in my collection, but for now back to the Bath Relaxer. For those in the know, The Sanctuary is London's most famous ...  Read the complete review
