The body wash as I mentioned is a bright orange shade, but doesn't look scary because it is translucent not opaque. It is also filled with little bright orange beads, which the back label will helpfully tell you are beads of sesame and jojoba oil that burst on the skin as you rub the wash into it to further moisturise and soothe. It isn't too thick or thin a liquid so it doesn't clog the bottle or just pour out so fast that yo...more

Premium Review The Sanctuary Body Wash: An invigorating gel to wash away the stress of Christmas Sho ... (502 words)

I first got this as a present for myself whilst Christmas shopping. With the 3 for 2 offer in Boots, I had chosen the 2 presents that I needed to buy and felt like getting the free one as a treat to myself. I bought myself the little Sanctuary Spa Hat Box - a stylish orange hat box with lots of miniature goodies inside promising to be pure pampering. Upon getting home, I was desperate for a good hot shower with my pampering goodies (christmas shopping drains the life out of me). I opened the box and selected the small 75ml bottle of body wash, locked the door and slid into the steaming water. (You also got an orange plastic-y exfoliating cloth in the box), ...  Read the complete review

The Sanctuary Spa sell their wonderful, although sometimes quite expensive products in their spas but also exclusive in Boots. I really love their range or products but do often find I need the excuse of a special occasion to buy any of their products as they definitely can be a bit on the pricey side. I have tired quite a few of their many products over the years often receiving them as gifts for my Christmas and birthdays but my favourite product in their range at the moment is their Body Wash (which I was actually able to afford to buy for myself this time!). It comes in a 250ml bottle, which is a clear plastic bottle with an orange "press" ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The Sanctuary Body Wash: Santuary Body Wash (649 words)

The Sanctuary is a luxurious ladies day spa in Covent Garden, London, which is very famous as it opened before day spas became really popular so it was quite original. Due to the popularity of the spa, they developed a range of products for you to use to create a pampering spa experience in the comfort of your own home. It is part of the Spa Essentials range, which are all recognisable by the orange tops they have. I bought this along with the Foaming Bath Soak and the Body Lotion from the same range on 3 for 2 in Boots over the weekend. It cost £4.88 although obviously it worked out cheaper as I got 3 products for just under £10, making it work out at under ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Excellent for dry sensitive skin (254 words)

I was bought this body wash as part of a set last Christmas and fell in love with it! I use the body wash in conjunction with the moisture spray (also reviewed) and find that they leave my skin so smooth. It can be purchased at most normal retailers, and costs around the £8 mark, which is a little expensive for a body wash, but I tend to find that you don't need to use very much so it does last a bit longer. The body wash contains Almond and Essential Oils of Sandalwood (which supposedly has calming effects) and Lemon (for rejuvenation). The bottle is a clear tall cylindrical container, and the liquid itself is a warm orange colour. I use it in the shower ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The Sanctuary Body Wash: An indulgent wash... but not worth the price. (930 words)

*Introduction* I was bought a Sanctuary gift set at Christmas by my grandparents. Sanctuary Body Wash was another of the products that was included within this set along with the Sanctuary Body Butter. *About the Product* ~What Does It Claim?~ Sanctuary Body Wash is an aromatic wash that claims to cleanse, moisturise and smooth your skin. The moisturising capsules burst on your skin leaving it feeling soft, smooth and subtly scented. ~And What Does It Contain?~ Jojoba is a natural ointment that helps to moisturise and boost radiant complexion. Sesame oil assists in keeping the skin soft and ...  Read the complete review
