As you probably all know by now and for those of you who do not, I am a big fan of the Sanctuary products, so here is review on another of my favourites - the Foaming Bath Soak. This product is great after a long day at work, just pour a generous amount under running water for a brilliant hot bath that will take you to heaven and back. When run, the bath is filled with aromatic, creamy bubbles, with soothing aloe vera and nourishing wheat proteins, to make your skin super soft and supple. I have noticed a difference in my skin since using this product and others from the Sanctuary Spa essentials range and have felt better in myself, although I ... Read the complete review

I am generally a big fan of products made by The Sanctuary, a wonderful day spa in Covent Garden in London (ladies only). Their products are usually good quality, and are available from the spa and Boots The Chemist. Last Christmas Boots ran a BOGOF offer, so it was no surprise that I received a number of Sanctuary gifts. Among them was a bottle of Foaming Bath Soak, which I think was only recently introduced to the Sanctuary range. It comes in a bottle of 250ml for £4.50 (although as I mentioned, I was given it). You can also buy it as part of many different gift packs of Sanctuary products. The bottle is clear, squeezy plastic, with the characteristic fish ... Read the complete review

I have to be honest and have never purchased any products from the Sanctuary Spa range for myself. The very name made me think that it would be excessively expensive and a bit of a luxury that I would never treat myself to. How then do I have this product? I received this Mini Spa Treats gift set from one of the children I teach at the end of the Autumn Term. This gift bag contained 4 products from the Spa Essentials range: Body Wash, Body Scrub, Body Lotion and Foaming Bath Soak, the latter of which is the focus of this review. - What is the Sanctuary? - I will keep this section very brief since I have never been to the spa ... As part of my bag of Sanctuary bath goodies I received for my birthday, I got a travel-size bottle of the Foaming Bath Soak. I love taking long, relaxing bubble baths with a good book so I was really pleased to receive it. Sanctuary are, if you haven't heard of them, a range of spas and a decadent collection of bath and body products available through their website (thesanctuary.co.uk) or at Boots. The best thing is that for such a luxurious-feeling brand, their prices are actually pretty affordable, most being on a par if not cheaper than The Body Shop. This bath soak is part of the Spa Essentials range, all of which share the simple-yet-classy ... Read the complete review

I tried this for the first time in years this morning, remembering how much I loved the range when it first came out. The Sanctuary was one of the first day spas around and it was pretty original when it first opened. It is a ladies only spa located in London and it was/is so popular that the company launched a range of products to help you create a pampering spa experience at home. This was part of the original range, which has massively expanded since then. I bought it from Boots and a 250ml bottle cost £4.88 and you can also purchase the travel size bottle (75ml) for £2.20. It is more expensive than most bubble baths but Boots regularly have 3 ... Read the complete review
