Although it's not actually designed to be a bubble bath (there is one in the range, though), I often use shower gels for this purpose and find they work just as well. I like being able to soak in water that smells the same as the product I'm washing with so I don't have any fragrance clashes going on. Another one of the products I've been using lately from my birthday-present bag of Sanctuary goodies is the Kuan Jin body wash. I have already waxed lyrical about the matching scrub, and have been using this alongside as a bubble bath, and of course to wash my body. If you're not familiar with Sanctuary, it started out as a chain of spas, but the products are now also available in Boots or online at www.thesanctuary.co.uk. They feel luxurious and decadent, but are actually pretty affordable and make excellent everyday pampering treats.
