Advantages: Exfoliates, Moisturises, Luxurious
Disadvantages: Hard to open packets!
I bought some of the Sanctuary Products in mini sachet format as I felt I needed a cheap beauty night in! I bought the small sachet of Sanctuary Sea Salt Scrub, (£1.00 on my advantage points) and was not sure what to expect. I was dubious as to whether it would be relaxing or more of a "no gain without pain" product, as we all know salt is not a smooth relaxing product! I ran a warm bath and soaked for a good 5 minutes, then opened the sachet (either take scissors with you to the bath, or open beforehand!) and applied it to my bottom, thighs and legs. I had some dry skin round my knees and that 'orrible rough stuff at the tops of my thighs and was really pleased to see and feel that it had gone. I then applied the scrub to my elbows, arms, neck and boobs, and hubby did my back. I then lay back to let the mixuture soak off. After getting out of the bath, the difference was incredible. My skin was glowing and soft, and had a lovely sheen, not greasy but definately moisturised. I patted my skin dry as I did not want to ruin the lovely feeling! It smelt nice too - and was not too overpowering. I am not sure if it is connected, but I slept very well that night! This product was so very good, and made me feel so nice, I have since bought the big glass jar, £7.95, which I am stomping through. Girls be warned though, if you soak too long in the bath after applying this product, it has a tendancy to give you thrush - I know several girlfriends have noticed this. Enjoy - this is really heaven in a jar - and they have some other good stuff too .....like the mande lular cream and bath bath soak(£7.95 each) and also the vitamin E face mask cream (£6.95....... MMMMMMMhhhhhhhmmm.
