I am a recent convert to This Works Sleep pillow spray which has really worked for me , so I added the Deep Sleep Dream Cream to my Christmas list .

The Product
This was a lovely surprise as it was one of the things on my list that I really wanted. It arrived in a nice box and the cream is in a blue tube with a flip top lid.
It is easy to dispense and the cream is thick and luxurious.
This Works recommend that you use on hands and feet , but I mainly use on my hands and arms.
It contains a blend of essential oils which include vetivert, lavender and camomile all known to be calming and relaxing . Also a range of oils specifically aimed at restoring , nourishing and hydrating skin.

Application
I apply at night before I go to bed. I simply massage into my hands and take it up my arms. When I have applied I usually cup my palms and inhale to take in the scent . I have stopped using other scented products late at night so they don't overpower the scent of this and I get maximum benefit.

The Results
The cream is worth buying even if you don't have sleep problems, as it is very rich, yet easily absorbed and it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated.
I always apply hand cream before going to bed as my hands are really dry and this is quick and easy and doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy.
I love the scent - I can only recognise lavender, but the other ingredients give this a lovely slightly herbal , woody aroma. It isn't overpowering and I am not a great fan of lavender in body products but the combination of the other oils works really well and I really love the scent.
It is very calming and soothing and our bed smells wonderful and I when I get into bed and lie back I feel the tension and stresses of the day disappear.

I don't really care if this is a placebo effect as this has helped my sleep , particularly falling asleep which is one of my main issues. In the past even if I am nearly dead on my feet as soon as my head hits the pillow I find myself wide awake and my head suddenly full of thoughts .
I now drift off into sleep most nights without any problem. I doubt I am ever going to be a person that falls asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow , but I now feel less anxious about getting to sleep.
My other sleep issue is waking up, usually at 2am and then having problems getting back to sleep. I still do that, but most nights I apply a little more cream and drop off again. I think the fact that this does work most nights stops me worrying about falling asleep so that helps.

Would I Recommend
A big thumbs up from me as I now get to sleep faster, when I wake up in the middle of the night I go back to sleep and the quality and quantity of sleep has increased, so I feel much better in myself.
It isn't 100% effective as there are nights when I wake up and it takes ages to get back to sleep, but I can cope with the odd night.
The other major benefit is I don't suffer with as many headaches and I now have maybe one a month instead of one or two a week.
I adore the scent which makes me feel really calm and I like breathing in the aroma as I drift off to sleep. I also use the sleep spray in this range, but have used the cream alone and it does work as a stand alone product. I use both but you could use this on it's own.
This Works brand claim they only sell products that do work and it certainly has for me .
This is a good quality cream made with quality ingredients and it is a pleasure to use this and it makes my hands and arms feel really soft.
I am not the only one that has benefited as I bought this cream for my mum and a couple of friends and they have all enjoyed better sleep and said it was the best present ever.

I didn't think you could buy a good nights sleep , but this has proved me wrong.

Boots stock this, but I usually buy online either from This Works or other online retailors. This Works sometimes discount their products or offer a free full size product if you spend a certain amount.

75ml RRP is £18 but Salon Skincare have this for £14.49 at the time of writing this review.

I always shop around and buy when products are discounted and I have a voucher , but I would not be without this , so would pay full price as you can't put a price on a good nights sleep.
