Like so many ranges I go crazy on I always think I own everything in a range and then I'm surprised to see they've added more products to the line when I haven't been looking and like a lamb to the slaughter I spot it and next minute I'm at the till point! Well this time was no different. I've done a hand-cream review only once before because it's not something I use often and I tend to buy them with the best of intentions of using them and I don't. I chuck them in a drawer and forget to use them. I have very dry hands. I bite my nails terribly and all the skin around them. Fingerprints are none existent and the skin where they should be are dry and ... Read the complete review

I was lucky enough to get this Boots Time Delay Restoring Hand and Nail Cream for free a while ago when Boots were offering a £5 Time Delay voucher free with all purchases over a certain amount. I picked this hand cream because it was the only item in the range which came in at under £5, as it cost approximately £4.75. The hand cream comes in a 50 ml tube which is packages inside a white cardboard box. This is a nice way of presenting it but I think most of us would agree that a tube of hand cream doesn't really need to be boxed and so this isn't the most environmentally friendly packaging. At least it appears to be recyclable. The box describes the ... Read the complete review

To be honest I don't really consider myself old enough to be using the Boots Time Delay range, I know they say it is best to start early but I'm sure that is just a marketing strategy! But I had a voucher for the time delay stuff a while back, and went for the hand cream as it was cheapest so I didnt have to pay anything towards it! My hands are always quite dry, a combination of washing them often, the effects of central heating and having pottery and ceramics as a hobby! So I go through a lot of hand cream and I am always on the lookout for something that does a better job! I was pleasantly suprised by the Time Delay hand cream, I have to admit I ... The ideal hand cream in an ideal hand bag sized tube. This hand cream comes in a crisp, white box and is very nicely presnted considering that is is only five pounds. The tube itself is about 50ml and a slim shape so is perfect for your hand bag. There is no mess or fuss involved as you simply unflip the lid, squirt a little onto the hands and enjoy! It is lovely to use as it is smooth, very quickly absorbed, non greasy, soothing, lightly and pleasantly fragranced and of course, highly moisturising. A big draw for me was that it has SPF 8 to help protect your skin from harmful rays. I tend to go for any skin care or make up with SPF - it can't ... Read the complete review

I purchased free with a voucher that Boots hand out from time to time. I have previously used vaseline intensive care. But since trying this, I use it most days. It apparently helps skin look younger by the day. It comes in a little tub, and it smells gogeous I think. It moisturises both your nails and hands leaving them feeling soft to touch. It also has a SPF 8, which is a bonus. It is a 50ml tube which costs less than £5.00 and I would say it is worth the money. I have been using if for a few months now and still have 1/4 left. You only need a little dab of it, peas sized amount to cover both your hands. It firms your skin and ... Read the complete review
