To be honest I haven't tried that many tooth whitening treatments. I've used various toothpastes all my life but I never see a visible difference in a short amount of time. Colgate did a brush-on whitening thing a few years back but it tasted disgusting and came off easily so the results didn't show up. I have, however, found my answer. Crest Whitestrips were all the rage when they first came out and after although they are somewhat pricey ($24 or about 12 pounds) I read the glowing reviews.
