I've tried numerous products to help me acheive that pop star toothy white smile and nothing ever really worked. Mouth guards with icky peroxide gel not only made me drool but were uncomfortable and made my mouth sore and my teeth extra sensitive. And forget about all of those whitening tooth pastes I smoke and drink coffee daily and they never even made a dent. i was extremely skeptical when I saw all of the ads for this new wonder product from crest but i figured why not? The box had easy to follow instrucions and did not promise a miracle which is something i found very reassuring. An honest product! The strips looked like little stickers with bubbles on them and were hard to put on at first but once i got the hang of it it was really quite simple. Once they were on I could hardly tell they were there except for the occasional taste of peroxide in my mouth. The only thing you can't do too well with them on is eat or drink anything which makes sense. I wore the top set for two weeks twice a day for thirty minutes at a time and by the end of the two weeks my top teeth were noticably whiter and brighter than my bottom teeth. the only tru dowsides to this product are:
1. It takes awhile to notice a real difference which can be frustrating
2. You can only whiten the bottom teeth after the top teeth are finished (about two weeks)
3. The gel tastes a little gross
