I felt that it was time to whiten my teeth, because through smoking they were alittle bit yellow. I couldn't afford the money it would cost at the dentist so I decided to see what esle was on the market. I found a product sold in Boots called rapid whiter. It was brilliant it only cost under£10 and really did the job. It came with a colour chart so you could see the difference daily. You had to put a gum shield in your mouth morning and night fill it with paste and that was it. It took 10 days and has given me so much confidence. It isn't as much of a change compared to what the dentist would do, but you just can't compare the prices.
