In my quest for whiter than white teeth I have used several systems - i have used the dentist provided custom made mouth trays and also the whitening strip system. I then discovered liquid smile at home whitening system. Liquid smile is a pen system that provides approx 30 top and bottom whitening treatments. all you do is dry your teeth, click the pen to start the gel flow and paint a layer on your teeth. you have to keep your lips away from your teeth for 30 seconds after applying then you can relax and let the whitening system do it's job. if you want the equivalent of a 1 hour dentist whitening you have to reapply every 10 mins for an hour. otherwise whiten a couple of times a day until desired level of whiteness is reached. although the initial whitening of my teeth was performed by the dentist provided tray system (at a cost of £350), my teeth had started to go back to a yellowy shade before i used liquid smile. after just 3 days of using liquid smile my teeth are very white and people are commenting on them saying how good they look. As far as i am concerned liquid smile is the best and by far the easiest way to whiten your teeth at around 10 - 15 % of the cost charged by dentists.
