Advantages: great breath --can confidently speak to people after eating.

Disadvantages: dry mouth the initial few days

I found Trioral to be an exceptional product. It does make your mouth dry on the intial, but it is something you can get use to in exchange for great breath. I also noticed in my case that my appetite was a bit suppressed because of the mouthwash. I am no chemist, but I think the zinc caused that. Subsequently, I believe it assisted with my weight loss. I was also working out and drinking mostly water for libations. It is worth the trial--try trioral!

Summary: great product
