Ultra Ultrasonex Electric Toothbrush

I purchased a double toothbrush setup from Ultrasonex. In the beginning, it was wonderful, and just as advertised. Then one of the heads broke off. Thinking it was my fault I ordered another complete replacement toothbrush. Then another one broke. Tonight the third one broke. All broke while doing nothing more strenuous than brushing my teeth. Salton/Ultrasonex know they have a really weak link on this toothbrush but would prefer to tell you about all the people who haven't reported a breakage problem. I took advantage of the half price promotion that many outlets were doing over Christmas and bought the Ultra Sonex "Phaser" electric Toothbrush. At Wellbeing.com it was £39.99. I have an old sonicare that is about 5 years old, and needing replaced, so I thought I'd try this type instead. One of the main reasons for straying away from my excellent sonicare that had served me well for all those years was the fact that the replacement heads for the ultra sonex are much cheaper, and the purchase price was of course reduced too.
