Ok I have always shaved my legs in the past, I have tried creams and gels but have given up after the first go as I found they didn’t work, I have also tried having them waxed, but that just isn’t going to happen again much to painful for my liking, but to be honest I am sick and tired of shaving now, it doesn’t last long and the hairs grow back prickly, so when I saw Veet in - shower hair removal cream advertised on T.V I thought I’m going to give this one a go and see how I get on. I brought the Green one which is for Dry Skin and of I went. Veet in shower cream dissolves the hair so no need to shave. ~ How to apply ~ You apply the ... Read the complete review

Before anybody suggests that this is in the wrong category, I must point out that I suggested the Veet Hair Removal Mousse many, many months ago and received a relatively prompt response informing me that this category already existed. It has taken me some time to decide whether to 'post' the review for fear of being told I was placing it in the wrong category by astute readers but I have since been in touch with dooyoo who have reiterated their first statement although I know that this review is not of the Veet In-Shower Hair Removal Cream but the Veet Hair Removal Mousse!! The title may well suggest that I am part of a rare breed of females who has a ... Read the complete review

I'm generally an in the shower with a razor type of girl when it comes to hair removal. Too much of a wimp for waxing and tried hair removal cream once years ago in the days of Immac and found it to just be far too messy and quite smelly (think perm lotion) so never tried it again! However, when I took a trip to Boots to invest in some new razor blades for my faithful Wilkinson Sword I noticed a display of Veet 'In Shower Hair Removal Cream'. This seemed to trigger some recognition about an advert I'd seen on TV and before I knew it I was at the till! Mostly what appealed to me was the idea that it could be used in the shower rather than having to apply ... Read the complete review

Why is it that I must be condemned to a life of shaving, while my husband can abandon this chore completely? But, being a woman, it seems I have an obligation to remain as bodily hair free as possible. So, onto the purpose of this review. Veet, In-Shower Hair Removal Cream. It is available for different skin types and I purchased one for dry skin with a Shea Butter and Lilly Fragrance. It also comes in a normal skin formula with the fragrance of Lotus Milk & Jasmine. I last used a hair removal cream several years ago. I never liked the smell and have always found them very messy to use. Plus, I disliked the extra time required - slathering on ... I have been thinking about buying this product for a while now but after reading reviews I thought against it as it did not seem to be very good. Then one day while I was out shopping I just thought I might as well give it a go and as it was on special offer at Superdrug where you bought one and got the other half price I thought why not? The other item I bought was a razor just incase. I bought the pink bottle which was the Lotus Milk and Jasmine. It was the 100mls bottle and I paid £9.95 for it. It is also available in the Dry Skin, Shea Butter And lily. They are both available in the 300mls bottle and also in a 150ml bottle. ... Read the complete review
