... Intuition, as I had always been curious as to how they worked - also, because I was buying it for this one-off shave, I didn't want to have to buy shaving cream as well, so the shave-and-razor combination was ideal. Having tried it out, I might be converted! It was incredibly easy to shave in the shower - I had always suffered from the problem of the shaving cream washing off before I had the chance to finish my leg, for instance. Due to the design of this product, there is no such problem! I had been skeptical as to the level...more

Premium Review Wilkinson Sword Intuition Plus Sensitive Care Razor: No itchiness (370 words)
by - written on 29/05/09 (Very useful, 31 readings)
Rating:

I have very sensitive skin on my legs, and other branded razors and cheaper brands have brought out my legs in an itchy rash, which would leave me scratching for days! I used shaving cream and would slather my legs in body cream to ease the rash but nothing would stop it. I was walking around Boots to try and find an alternative and found Wilkinson Intuition Sensitive Razor and decided it was a worth a shot. For anyone without sensitive skin it comes in 3 varieties: Hydra soft(Pink), Sensitive (Green) and Natural (Yellow) . It comes with a travel cap, and a shower holder although I do find the travel cap keeps falling off! It has 3 blades ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Silky smooth legs (519 words)

I have been using my trusty Venus razor to shave my legs for about 7 years (with the same blade would you believe lol) I decided it was about time I bought a new blade but looking at the prices (£6 for 3 blades) decided it would be cheaper to buy a brand new razor instead. In Boots this Razor was on offer, half price from £4.88 to £2.44 and I decided I had nothing to lose and chucked one in my basket. There are 3 different types of Intuition razor; Natural, Hydrasoft and this one- Sensitive care. I have sensitive skin everywhere so this was the obvious choice. The razor is a light turquoise colour, it looks girly and pretty so ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Wilkinson Sword Intuition Plus Sensitive Care Razor: As Not Seen on Julia Roberts' Underarms (667 words)
by - written on 21/03/09 (Very useful, 189 readings)
Rating:

Despite my love of Veet, regular use can mimic the effects of applying neat paint stripped to my skin and so I have to reserve my use of hair removal creams for special occasions, and special bodily areas. But fear not, I don't like to grow body hair long enough to plait a la Julia Roberts so my day to day defuzzing is done courtesy of my Wilkinson Intuition razor. Every man I know seems to whinge at having to shave his face every other day and yet the same men seem to expect us girlies to have perfectly smooth, soft and hairless legs, underarms and, well, other places. Shaving with a razor and foam or gel is a bind so I was quick to purchase the Wilkinson ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review This razor has Intuition (553 words)
by - written on 30/12/08 (Very useful, 74 readings)
Rating:

Of all the womens razors I have tried over the years the Wilkinson Sword Intuition is the best. Ever since I suffered terrible sunburn on holiday 10 years ago the skin on both of my lower legs has been a bit dry and scaly and doesnt take kindly to shaving at times. This is a bit of git as I cant stand the pain of waxing and I cant even begin to contemplate using an epilator. I guess I could use depilitory creams but they smell bad and take forever to work whilst you stand like John Wayne with the legs akimbo. Back to shaving and this wonderful creation, I first discovered this ravor during a shopping trip in Boots, I needed a new razor and was desperate to ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Wilkinson Sword Intuition Plus Sensitive Care Razor: A good buy but maybe not for alll the time (199 words)
by - written on 30/12/08 (Very useful, 44 readings)
Rating:

I bought this by accident, I was in a rush and thought it was a battery operated razor. However, I'm really pleased as its done a really good job and is really convienent for those who, like me, dont have a bath in their house so I could use this in the shower. The idea is that the razor is surrounded by soap which foams as you press the razor against yourself. I have never timed shaving but I'm pretty sure it was faster than normal shaving. I did notice that the soap part had worn down noticably after only using it once. I havent priced up refills but other reviews state theyre around the £5 mark for 3 so if I decide to continue using it I will ...  Read the complete review
