This is a great moisturiser for dry or dehydrated skin. I have been using it daily in conjunction with the Aubrey Organics Rose Hip Seed Oil, but that's only because I like to use a serum underneath my moisturiser. The standard 4 fl oz bottle has lasted me well over 3 months - a little goes a long way. Aubrey Organics do not include harsh chemicals such as parabens or SLS's in their products. Some of the excluded chemicals are emulsifiers, so it is important to shake the bottle well to mix up all the ingredients before each use. Many companies state that their products are 'natural' or 'organic', but they often contain parabens and SLS's. Having compared the ingredients lists of several different moisturisers, I was satisfied that the Aubrey Organics moisturiser contained only the safest ingredients. An old ayurvedic saying is that you shouldn't put on your skin what you wouldn't put in your mouth, and I think this moisturiser comes closest to being one that I would eat! I think it's a myth that a moisturiser needs a lot of chemicals in it to be effective. My skin feels well moisturised, yet I haven't subjected it to a daily bombardment of unnecessary chemicals. I would also recommend this product for people with sensitive skin or eczema.
