This is by far and above the WORST cleanser I have ever used IN MY LIFE! It was truly awful. It dried out my skin and made it itchy. By the 3rd wash it felt like I had a cold sore all over my lower face and it was hard to make any facial expressions without cracking my face. It felt fine going on and very creamy to the touch. Not a strong smell and not obvious dyes. I do not ever react to things like this and do not have sensitive skin so this should not have happened. I have been using Decleor for a few years now but when I ran out I decided to economize due to being on maternity leave. This was a mistake and a false economy. I tried to get my money back from avon as they have a 30 day guaranty. They took a month to call me back then just sent out a questionnaire 1 week after that that was like writing an essay. I have still seen no reimbursement and it has been 10 months. I will never use Avon again because of this product.
