It's been hailed as a wonder cream and sold out in days after a BBC2 Horizon programme said it was as effective at combating sun damage as other products which can only be prescribed by a doctor. Now, I think I have to be the most sceptical person in the world when I hear all the claims about "miracle" skin care creams. This product sold out completely a couple of months ago, when it was profiled on a BBC2 Horizon documentary. The shocking finding - brace yourself, girls - was that this is a product that ACTUALLY WORKS. I don't actually watch TV (that's right, not ever), so I was blissfully unaware of all this until I innocently went into Boots the next week, to witness something like a mini-riot. At around january time I picked up a free make up bag which icluded amongst various things a trial size of this beauty serum. The BBC programme "Horizon" has a lot to answer for. Earlier this year it broadcast an investigation into the anti-aging properties of a variety of creams and potions, and * shock horror * announced that one of the products it tested actually seemed to work.
