No.7 Radiance Revealed exfoliator, 75ml
£7.75 (which will earn you 28 advantage card points worth 28p).

The Radiance Revealed exfoliator is (obviously!) part of No 7's 'Radiance' range. I love almost all No 7 products but tend to veer towards this range as my skin can look quite dull sometimes - usually down to lack of sleep!

I think that £7.75 can be a bit pricey for an exfoliator so didn't actually buy this; I waited until I got one in with one of the N07 'goody bags' that they regularly give out when you spend £20+ on No 7 items.

I'm glad I waited.

I like my exfoliators to really scrub the skin and help brighten and remove any dry skin, I'm not too keen on the 'gentle' ones that don't really seem to do anything - too much like everyday cleansers for my liking. Unfortunately for me, this exfoliator is the latter of the two.

It is a thick white cream with tiny blue particles. I don't know what the blue particles actually are, but they are quite rough, although not scratchy. There are also smaller white particles that also 'exfoliate'.

To use the Radiance Revealed Exfoliator, you should gently massage a small amount into cleansed, damp skin. The fact that the skin should already be cleansed is another issue I have with the product, most exfoliators I buy will cleanse and exfoliate at the same time, so to have to do it separately is quite annoying and time consuming.

I find that the 'exfoliator' is creamy and soft to use, it does scrub the skin to a certain extent although, in my opinion, not enough to really exfoliate the skin.

After use, my skin is left feeling soft and clean (although I'd certainly expect it to feel clean after washing my face twice!).
The exfoliator claims to 'reveal a brighter, more beautiful you.' I can't say that the exfoliator did this. I gave it a chance though and used it twice a week (as advised) for three weeks; still no difference.

The exfoliator is nice to use, and it does soften skin; however it doesn't exfoliate well and it doesn't brighten skin. As this is what it is intended to do, it's a disappointing product, and one that I won't be using again.

I can't recommend No 7's Radiance Revealed Exfoliator, if you are looking for a good exfoliator then I would suggest No 7's Total Renewal Micro-Dermabrasion Exfoliator; it is £3 more, but really works and you can see a huge difference with continued use.

If you like the sound of either product then get in quick as boots are giving away a free 'goody bag' when you spend over £22; and don't forget your advantage card as the points you make are the equivalent of a 4% discount.

And, unlike most other beauty/cosmetics companies, if you are at all unhappy with any No7 product you can return it for a full refund, as long as you have your receipt.

Summary: Not a great product.
