This is a review of No 7 Radiance Revealed exfoliator which I have just finished a small tube of. I must have received it as part of a set (free gift with purchase?) as I would not have bought a 15ml tube.

Facial exfoliators are not something I often turn to, although I do take care of my skin with cleanser and moisturiser every day. I find this keeps my skin nice and clean and clear of breakouts.

Texture
The exfoliator is nice and thick with lots of tiny grains in it. It is quite soft on the skin and not a harsh effect. The grains look blue to me but they don't explode or anything on contact with the skin.

The promise
The tube of facial exfoliator promises to wave goodbye to dullness and reveal a brighter more beautiful you. I used the tube twice a week for three weeks before I ran out. It advises once or twice a week as a maximum use which I presume is so you are not scrubbing at your delicate facial skin too often.

In use
I squeeze out a pea sized blob and massage straight into the skin, concentrating on the nose area which is where I have a few pores to focus on. I also sweep it over my forehead, chin and cheeks as it promises to brighten so I don't want these areas to miss out! to remove, as I tend to be in the bath, I just rinse and rinse until I can't feel any more grains on my face.

Results?
I was quite pleased with the performance of this product. I found immediately after use my skin felt soft and did not need any moisturiser applying as I often use a night serum formula I would skip this on exfoliation nights so as not to overload my skin.

My thoughts
I found this to be a product which suited my skin and whilst before I was never one for facial exfoliation in particular, I think I may have been converted with this one. I can't say my skin was radiant afterwards but it was nice and soft and felt clean and not tight or taut. I think this is quite an economical product too as one use per week is quite adequate. I will probably invest in the full sized version of this as soon as I can get hold of the next £5 off no7 products voucher from Boots!

Final word
I would recommend this product to friends. It is probably not suitable for very young skin but I am in my early thirties and I found it perfectly suited to my skin. It is not a harsh exfoliator and it feels like it is kind on your skin. I love the formula and the cream that houses the grains is nice too with not too much of a fragrance to it. I am a big fan of no7 skincare in general and so should not be so surprised that I found this to be so good.
