An essential for a Monday morning

I am a huge fan of essential oils and am a great believer in their abilities. Boots Botanics range is one of my favourites as it is easily accessible to everyone and it is reasonably priced.

One of my favourite products is their Time to Revive pulse point roll on. This is a small thing bottle with a little rollerball at the top. In the bottle is a blend of essential oils which help to stimulate, upflift and revive you.

This is an essential product for me. I use it when I'm feeling a little down and in need of a boost or on a Monday morning when you just can't shake that back to work feeling. You roll this on your pulse points - i.e wrist and temples. And you can roll this on your neck.

The fragrance of this is really citrusy and really strong. It does the business though. After a while of wearing this I do feel uplifted, it just gives me that extra little boost that I need. It isn't sticky or gloopy, it just rolls on as it is an oil.

There are various roll ons in the range including time to relax. But this roll on is my favourite. This comes in a 10ml bottle and it costs £4.75. I would definitely give this a go if you are feeling in need of a boost.
