Sounds like something for the more mature skin (as the beauty companies so delicately put it)and to be honest, I'm not sure that it isn't aimed at that end of the market....... and perhaps at 38, i'm only kidding myself that my skin isn't tending to the more mature side of things these days.... But, whatever, it's great stuff. I am one of these people whose skin can never quite decide whether to break out in zits or be dry and flaky, so it's difficult to get any kind of moisturiser that works but doesn't bring those unwelcome reminders of the teenage years... As for night creams, well forget it, I've never been able to use them at all. Add to that a tendency to sensitivity (the skin, not me!) and I'm a difficult customer to please and have returned nearly as many night creams as i've tried. Clarins Renew Plus Night Lotion is wonderful. I first tried it as a freebie (more on that later!) and I'm hooked now even at £27.95 a bottle. Use it after you've cleansed and toned and just 2 or 3 squirts of this milky fluid does your entire face and neck. It's totally non-greasy and absorbed beautifully, and leaves my skin feeling as young as it used to without the unwelcome addition of spots. My skin genuinely seems softer and is moisturised without ever feeling clogged or greasy. I said I'd say more on the freebie front.... This *is* ridiculously expensive stuff, but for those not in the know, if you book a facial (45 mins) at the cost of £10 at a Clarins Counter that has access to a beauty room, you can then enjoy the relaxing facial (and I've had a hand massage thrown in too before now) and afterwards redeem the £10 off any clarins product. alternatively you can save the £10 on your card which they give you, until next visit and then you'll have had 2 wonderful facials and get your Renew Plus lotion (or whatever other Clarins product takes your fancy for just £7.95 :-) They also
run special promotions a few times a year where you can in addition get free sample size products (my sample of renew plus lasted a couple of months of nightly use!)so look out for that! Well, it's definitely bedtime so I'm taking my Renew plus off to do its nightly magic :-)
