      Very helpful

      Your skin will thank you.

I recently got into the Clarins skin care range when searching for something to make my skin more glowing and beautiful, make it less dry in areas, and make it less spotty in other areas. I didn't feel like I was asking too much, surely!? I buy my skin care products on ebay, new, but from sets people don't want, or unwanted gifts, it's my way of justifying the cost. Full price, a 125ml tub of this product retails at £17. So, if there is any way of getting it cheaper, then I sure like to give it a go.

I really like the Clarins Foaming face wash, and this seemed like a similar product, so I snapped this up when I saw a 75ml tube going cheap.

The product comes in a tall white tube, with a flat flip on and off lid on the bottom. The tube sits on this lid. The packaging itself is very basic, white with red writing. The packaging comes across as very classy and timeless and I always feel quite honoured to own such a premium product!

The lid flips off to give a white creamy product inside. There is a small hole which you can squeeze it out of, which is nice and easy to control, but trust me, you really don't need much at all. A little bit goes a long way, and at this price it is definitely worth being economical.

The product is thick and soft to the touch. It is not cool on the face, but nice and silky. It feels soft on the skin and doesn't irritate my dry skin or eczema patches.

The best way to use this product, I have found is to wet the skin with warm water first. Then apply a tiny bit of the product to your finger tips and rub into the areas you wish to use it. I guess it depends on your problem areas, but I normally focus most use on my chin and nose. I give both a good rub to make sure the cream has a chance to interact with the skin.

I then wash off, whilst doing a bit of scrubbing then several rinses, with my warm wet flannel. Immediately after use I find my skin so much softer, it feels like it has has a moisturise too! The cleanser gives a really good deep clean. One of the things I really like about this product is that the only other things I have used which give a similar deep clean seem to leave my skin sensitive and dry, and this product really doesn't do that, it seems to balance the needs of my skin very well, in a way that I have only managed to achieve before by using quite a few different products.

I think this product is fantastic and equally as good as clarins normal foaming cleanser. If you have dry skin in particular than that one would probably be better at a push. To be honest I have found both of them fantastic and will continue to use them.
