I first started getting dry skin on my chin and around my mouth when I was about 14, I had absolutely no idea what it was at that time because all I ever used cosmetic wise was face wash for my acne. Ok I've just wrote a review for my favourite moisturiser of the moment but clean and clear I have a bottle of and I use it for special occasions IE when I'm going out under my make up!
