      Great products with great results

This was one of the very first things my dermatologist friend ever gave me to try. It's called the Dermalogica Skin Kit - Spa Body Therapy It includes full size products and a couple of sample size ones too. In comes in a see through pouch that is handy to use when traveling even when these are long gone it's a bit fancy to be honest for Dermalogica who always keep their packaging and presentation quite sedate.

In the pouch you get :

      "Conditioning Body Wash (2.5oz)

      Exfoliating Body Scrub (.75 oz)

      Body Hydrating Cream (2.5oz)

Climate Control Lip Treatment (.15 oz)

      Shine Therapy Shampoo (sample)

      Silk Finish Conditioner (sample)"

As with all Dermalogica products I must mention they use only natural ingredients this means NO artificial fragrance and NO artificial colours.

They can all be used separately or they can be used one after the other.  I find it best to start with the conditioning body wash. This is smooth and cooling and is said to cleanses and purify the skin. I found it did just that, my skin felt baby soft after using it, it had an almost tingling feeling to it like some of the shampoos available today. After using the body wash I then moved on to the Exfoliating Body Scrub, this was a gentle fresh smelling scrub that helped buff my skin to an even smother touch than before, this helps to gently remove any dead skin from the surface level and expose the new young skin beneath. Unlike more harsh aggressive exfoliants on the market this wasn't at all scratchy and didn't leave me with red irritated skin. This had a soothing feeling to it as it was applied.
Finally I used the  Body Hydrating Cream, this was lovely. Again it was cooling and my skin absorbed it quickly, these three simple steps left my skin feeling unbelievably soft. The hydrating cream is accurately named it made my skin Dewey soft with no residue it locked in so much moisture I was tempted to use it on my face. The one thing I did use on my face, lips to be exact, was the climate control lip treatment. I don't suffer from overly dry lips but this did make my lips feel nice and soft with a light shine, which was the reason I stopped using it as every one thought I was wearing lipstick. There isn't a colour to it at all but the shine I'm sure would be a plus to some people.

The little samples do give you any idea of what the products are like the Shine Therapy Shampoo was lovely it frothed up into a creamy lather with no effort needed, and washed out easily. The Silk Finish Conditioner, was thick and luscious, I rubbed it between my hands then spread it through my hair front too back, the end to tip. I left it in for ten minutes then rinsed with warm water. It made my hair feel nice and soft with a noticeable shine. The one thing I will mention is that the samples wouldn't really suffice if you had very long hair. I have short to medium length hair and it was plenty but I think you would struggle if it was much more than shoulder length.
Over all this is a great kit, the products are amazing and the little samples are a nice bonus.
