Advantages: Super clean feeling skin, Sensitive skin version which is actually useable on sensitive skin
Disadvantages: The Price - but what else would you spend the money on!
Expensive option but why not splash out on the feature that is viewed by so many people each day and has to last you at least 60 or so years!
The cloths come in two variants: Normal to Combination skin and sensitive skin with added aloe vera.
I must admit being the type of person I am there is absolutely no way I would have ever just gone into a shop and paid that much out on the product without having tried it for free first, which is exactly what happen.
Having searched through a freebies website I ordered a free sample to be sent to my home, and received it a fortnight ago, without much deliberation I tried it the same day. The sample contained just one cloth and the packaging informed me of how exactly to use the product.
Basically it works by adding water to the cloth so that it foams and then rubbing it over your face and then rinsing - as expected!
The after use sensation was really revitalising and my skin felt pore deep clean.
My friend also received a sample and her reaction was the same, although she did add that she liked the fact that you could scrub your face quite hard with the cloth and it didn't hurt at all, so maybe you may need to exfoliate less often with regular use of this product aswell.
I was so happy with the fact that my skin felt moisturised atfer use too, that I went to Boots to investigate the price to see whether to buy or not.
Luckily when I went there was actually an offer on this product - £3.66 (usually £5.49), but the cloths were still a bit pricey! However I was impressed by the fact that the was the option of buying a 30 cloth pack which came in a plastic container or a 30 cloth refill pack ( no container enclosed) and the refill pack price was £2.99 (£4.49).
It was all looking promising!
Before I made the decision to buy I thought I'd check out the other brands on offer and found that Dove's facial cloths were the cheapest e
ven without the special offer.
My arm was twisted how could I possibly refuse to give my skin the product it desired. As you expected I couldn't!
Yes, I bought the container pack with the knowledge that future buys for this product would be made cheaper by the refill packs. Also the special offer and the knowledge that Dove products tend to work well with my sensitive skin also persuaded me.
I am extremely happy with my purchase and feel as though my skin has a better appearance and feel without needing to waste as much money on products such as face packs and moisturisers.
