I should start by saying that I have incredibly dry skin and have had all my life. Therefore, I am reviewing this from the point of view of someone who struggles to find a moisturiser which is suitable for my skin and actually does something without being a prescription medication.

I purchased this product because I had not tried it before and having had serious problems with my skin due to the weather I was looking for something reasonably priced (spending £8.00 per prescription is getting expensive!!). This product was on offer in Boots and I thought that getting two products for under a fiver was worth a shot.

Reading the bottle I discovered that this was a fragrance free product which was PH balanced. This is good news for everyone.

When applying the product I found that it was quite runny which is something I think is an advantage. It was really easy to rub in and didn't leave my skin greasy at all. I found that I could add a little, rub in and repeat very very easily. However, when I knocked the bottle over it did spill out on my carpet which was the obvious downside!

Often I find that creams don't really last long on my skin but I was quite impressed with this. It lasted approximately 4 hours without reapplication which for my skin is fantastic. I asked my mother (who has normal skin) to try this so that people with normal skin could compare and she said it lasted all day for her and that she felt no need to reapply. I found that this combined with the thicker cream on problem spots was adequate all day.

Overall I really liked this product. Yes the bottle isn't too fancy and yes you've got a fragrance free product so you're not going to smell amazing but it actually works and that's what I think is most important. There are a lot of products in this range too which is good and it comes in various sizes which is good for travelling or economising. Generally speaking I was impressed
