A Quality product ny a Company with Questionable Ethics

I have a 30ml tube of this product that I received in a subscription Beauty Box. I used this when my Liz Earle Cleanser ran out as it works much the same way.

Firstly massage onto dry skin until it is warm and 'loosened'. The product is a cream so goes on smoothly and spreads out across your skin easily, I'm not sure what they mean by loosened to be honest as it is not that thick. It recommends you leave it on for a minute to "dissolve make-up and grime" although I rarely do this. I use my Liz Earle muslin cloth in hot water to wipe it off, but you can use a face cloth or warm mitts. I find it comes off easily and does not leave anything behind, especially in the awkward creases around the nose area. My skin feels clean and smooth, it is not dried out but I always follow with moisturiser. I have had no adverse reactions and believe it to be a good quality product. How anti-ageing the product is (it claims to be) is subjective. The tube has lasted me a while now.

Elemis claim to "harness the power of nature and science" and elaborate on the value of natural ingredients. Elemis also claims not to test on animals but do not have the BUAV leaping bunny symbol on their packaging. They also do not appear on nay cruelty free lists. Therefore I would assume that they purchase ingredients from suppliers who have tested on animals.

Expect to pay up to £29 for a 200ml tube or pump bottle. It can be purchased online, or in store in Debenhams or John Lewis.
