The balm I received was Peppermint & Tea Tree, which I admit was a little disappointing as I liked the sound of some of the other flavours much better, but I don't dislike peppermint so I still looked foward to using the balm. As it happens, the scent is quite mild and even smells organic (rather than the candy-type peppermint often found in lip balms) and I don't really notice a flavour as such when the balm is on my lips. As part of my most recent Glossybox I was pleased to receive a Figs & Rouge lip balm. It is something that I had been meaning to try out for a long time but, like I'm sure most women, I seem to have amassed so many lip balms that they are not something I really justify buying any more until I use some up. I will admit that I'm quite fussy about lip balms. I don't like anything too sticky, thick or greasy, and I'm especially not crazy about balms with drying, tingly ingredients which trick people into thinking their lips a favour but make them more chapped in the long run.
