Advantages: Healthy, glowing skin and very good price for the quality!

Disadvantages: None.

I usually use cocoa butter as it has always stood up to my high expectations but I always tend to try out new ones to see if I can find one as good or better. I also believe that the 7 days claim is an extremely high expectation, as for one no moisturiser lasts 7 days just because of weather changes and just daily things we do in life and also I don't know anyone who doesn't shower/bathe for a week. But I was willing to see how long I could last to test it out.

This product comes in a very nice green curvy bottle, which makes it easier to grip onto. With a white plastic cap which lifts up so extremely simple and easy to get the product out. On the front the design is fairly simple with the Garnier logo and some information about the product including what skin type its for and the what main ingredient has been added to help with that skin type. On the back is more information including the results of using this product, ingredients and how it works. The smell is gorgeous, doesn't smell like the Palmers Cocoa Butter but it does smell incredible and not at all overpowering.

I bought this product for £2 in Asda for 250ml, as it was on offer I decided to buy two bottles so I could give it a real chance to see if the condition of my skin had improved. My skin is really rough and dry so I though this one would be perfect. The average price for a 250ml is £3 and for a 400ml is about £5. I think they are extremely reasonable prices, as its around the same price as my usual Palmers Cocoa butter and when I saw it on offer in Asda I got overly excited as in Superdrug I would of had to pay an extra pound or two. So I think its a very good price, especially if it achieves high quality. There are 5 of these lotions available for different skin types and added ingredients:
* Garnier Intensive 7 Days Body Lotion Cocoa Butter - Rough and dry skin
* Garnier Intensive 7 Days Body Lotion Honey - Sensitive Skin
* Garnier Intensive 7 Days Body Lotion Mango - Dry skin
* Garnier Intensive 7 Days Body Lotion Shea - Dry to Extra dry skin
* Garnier Intensive 7 Days Body Lotion Aloe Vera - Normal skin
I really love the fact there are different variety's, as everyone has different skin needs and the fact that have thought of this is fantastic, very pleased!

I am very happy with this product, as my skin does look so much healthier and has a really nice glow to it. It makes my skin soft and smooth and my legs look amazing, which takes a lot of work when they get so dry. But I've been using this for about two weeks and only about half way through the bottle as I now apply it every day which keeps my skin in wonderful condition throughout the day. When I first used this lotion, I did try and not shower for the full week but only managed 3 days, as I shower every day maybe even twice as I'm a very cleanly person. I must say I was impressed, my skin look as great on the third day as it did on the first, with no sign of any dry areas, even after showering my skin looked slightly improved and that was only with one application. It also smells beautiful and the scent does tend to last a while on my skin, after the first day though the lovely scent has disappeared, which doesn't surprise as most moisturisers I've used do.

The quality of this lotion is very good, I have used half the bottle in two weeks which isn't bad considering, I apply it every day to every area of my body. I don't know if I would swap from my Palmers Cocoa Butter as that is my absolute favourite and have been using it for a really long time, but if it ever came on offer again I would definitely stock up on it, as it has got me very nice results.

Overall a fantastic product, that will turn your dry rough skin around and give it a lovely healthy looking glow without much effort and time. The quality is excellent and I will repurchase if the offer ever comes around again. Highly recommend!

Summary: Fantastic product, nearly as good as my Palmers Cocoa Butter which is saying something!
