Nothing looks worse than tired eyes, bags and black rings, for whatever reason can put years on you.
Drinking lots of water can help. Avoiding excess alcohol and caffeine can also help. But some times nothing works and you need a bit of expert help.

It's in those times that I turn to my Garnier Ultra Lift eye cream.
It actually works, and works fast.
It's simple to apply, it comes in a handy small thin tube that can fit anywhere. And is small enough that you can bring it out even on a night out with the girls. I know that sounds strange, most people will put this on first thing in the morning or last thing at night. But if you bring it with you when your out partying or whatever. When you go to the lady's to check your lipstick, just look and see if your under eyes are looking at their best. If not, just dab a bit of this easily absorbed cream under your eye and gently rub out towards your temple. It quickly tightens the skin, removes puffiness, and minimises dark circles. Then simply apply some powder. It's a quick trick that works and I've never seen anybody else doing it.

It costs around £6 and is a light nice smelling cream that actualy works.
I recommend using it at night and in the morning for best results.
And another tip, if you put it in the fridge it will not only last longer but the tightening effect when applied under eye is far more noticeable.
