I have reached that stage in life (mid 30's) where I am on the lookout for a miracle eye cream, having tried a few over the years, I found the Garnier Ultra Lift Firming Eye Cream and hoped my prayers had been answered.

I bought mine in Asda for around £8, it is currently retailing on the Boots website for £9.98.
The cream comes in a 15ml red tube, with a pointy screw lid, that is easily removed and secure to ensure no spillages. It sort of looks a bit like a syringe in a way, possibly giving the impression that this product is much better, and cheaper, than undergoing eye surgery.

The product aims to firm the skin around the eye contour and to smooth wrinkles in 8 days - this is beginning to sound amazing is it not? It also claims to recharge the natural cellular regernation mechanism of your skin in order to reduce the appearance of new lines and wrinkles. The product has been ophthalmologically tested and is fragrance free. The cream itself is off white in colour, quite rich and is easy to apply. I use a small amount morning and night on cleansed skin, and dab it around my eye contour area. It sinks into the my skin well and does not leave it looking greasy.

My eyes, have a few fine lines, mainly laughter lines and the skin around my eyes is normal, not dry or oily. I have been using the product for two weeks, day and night, and I am pleasantly surprised by the results. I still have my fine lines, but they do appear slightly reduce, in addition my eyes feel a little firmer and also they look more refreshed, which is always a bonus. I cannot yet say whether the product has reduced the appearance of new lines, as I'm sure this is probably impossible to tell, unless I stop using it on one eye, but then that could quite possibly produce ridiculous and also wonky results, which I am not willing to try!.

Anyway, overall I would say that this product really does live up to what is says it will do and I am going to carry on using it in the vain hope that the good results continue. I would recommend this product to others as it is well priced, easy to apply and provides me with a tiny weapon to fight off the evil signs of ageing, thank-you Garnier.
