Garnier Youthful Radiance Night Cream
I managed to come across a large number of reduced to clear Garnier products in Tesco and grabbed a pot of this Garnier Youthful Radiance Night for the bargain price of £2.48 for a 50 ml tub which I couldn't resist.
The Garnier Youthful Radiance Night Cream comes in a posh looking cardboard box with a flip open lid. The box is a sort of metallic green colour with a photograph of the Garnier tub of cream inside. It has the Garnier logo in large silver lettering and the product detailing and descriptions.
The Garnier tub is a rounded hard plastic with a flat top and bottom so that it stands straight. The base of the pot is a lovely pale green colour which matches the Garnier leaf logo. The top of the pot is a pearly white colour and this screws on and off to reveal the cream inside. Again the pot itself has a brief description and the ingredients list, this contains 50 ml of cream.
On opening the pot and smelling the cream you get a lovely fruity aroma, the ingredients include caffeine and grape and you can only really smell the latter which is rich and sweet smelling. The cream is a very pale green colour and has a smooth and glossy look to it.
The cream boasts a formula which is meant to hydrate the skin for up to 24 hours, developed to boost radiance, smooth the appearance of fine lines and nourish the skin with moisture. I have not got fine lines yet, but I enjoy a good rich moisturiser and liked the sound of this one.
This is the Youthful Radiance Night Cream but I often use this in the morning, it is meant to rejuvenate the skin while you sleep and make it appear more radiant when you wake up! I apply a thin layer of this over my skin after showering or having taken my make up off, using a decent fingers worth and rub it all in circles over my skin. The cream takes very little time to sink in and disappear into your skin. The cream feels cool and smooth on my face and being a glossy and silky texture a little bit of this goes a long way.
The cream is not greasy at all but it feels like it has a lot of nutrients and goodness in it that helps to hydrate the skin as well as making it soft and supple. My skin is in fairly good condition, but I can really feel a difference in its hydration and firmness using this cream regularly. This along with its long lasting properties with only having to use a small amount at a time definitely makes me want to buy another pot, although I doubt I'll find it at such a good price again!
