      Very helpful

      Good product, good price.

What made me throw out all my expensive face cream that I used morning and evening and buy a tube of Jergens Age Defying Body Moisturiser? Answer - Parabens, or the lack of. The well known brand that I have used for several years contained five different parabens and Jergens products contains none. I will leave you to research for yourselves the effects of parabens (which contain oestrogen).

I have been very pleased with the product. It comes out as quite a thick cream but it spreads over the skin very thinly and is absorbed very quickly. It is not sticky or heavy and has a very pleasant perfume. I use it on my hands, arms, face and neck. (The neck is a big give away of a lady's age.) My hands were just beginning to show those very fine lines that give older skin that almost scaly appearance; this has certainly diminished since I started using Jergens Age Defying Moisturiser. Also, I just have one tube of cream on my dressing table instead of four or five AND it is not terribly expensive. I got mine in Superdrug but I know that Boots sell it but it is cheaper from Amazon.

The Jergens range also has the added advantage of being made up of 95% natural ingredients, it says, 'cruelty free', so I assume that means not tested on animals; dermotologist tested and being made in the UK so it hasn't been transported half way around the world. The product contains Green Tea Extract which is a well known antioxidant. I would recommend it and am hoping that they will bring out a shampoo, conditioner and soap in their range.
