I wear make up on a daily basis, and therefore get through make up wipes so quickly. I never stick to the same cleansing wipes and like to change them up a bit. Every time I find some that I like, they seem to be too expensive to keep buying. I had never really tried Johnson's wipes before other than their baby wipes. These were on a good offer when I purchased them. I can't remember how much I paid but it was under £4.00 for two packs. I purchased these from Superdrug. Other stockists include large supermarkets if you are interested in them. The pack comes in a lilac and white shade, and you get 25 wipes in the pack - which I think is quite reasonable. Something I noticed when I purchased them was that the pack seemed quite full and chunky. This is a good thing, as it usually means the wipes are thicker and hold more moisture. I feel that the wipes are of a really good quality. They are indeed thick, and of a good size to remove a whole face of make up. I have found with other brands that I sometimes need to use two wipes. That's not the case with these, so I do find that they last me a good three or so weeks. On a normal day, I do wear foundation, powder, eyeliner and mascara. I find it a real chore to have to remove my make up at the end of the day. Especially when you are having to scrub off waterproof mascara. I found these make up wipes so effective at removing the most stubborn of make up! It takes half the time to remove it in comparison to other wipes I've used. I feel that this is because the wipes are really wet, so they do not dry up at all. They are really handy for impatient people like myself! Another thing which I liked about these is that they have a really fresh scent to them, and it leaves the skin smelling clean. I think the reason they are branded as night time wipes is because they contain moonflower aroma which is known to calm senses. So they are fabulous to use just before bed! As they are 3 in 1 wipes, they are really good at cleansing the face as well just removing make up. I have quite oily/combination skin, and I have found that my skin looks and feels much better after using these. (Even when I do not have the time to cleanse, tone and moisturise)! The only negative that I have found with these wipes is that they can sting and irritate the eye area. If you are quite sensitive around the eye area, these will not be suitable for you! If you spot these on offer like I did, definitely give them a whirl! I am hoping to go pick up some more very soon. Thanks for reading and hope it helps. :)
I use face wipes daily, and I tend to go for whatever is on offer at the time when I am doing my shopping. Whilst I normally go for the cheaper varieties like the tesco own brand which I must point out works fine for me, I thought I'd try something different and went for the johnsons range. I picked my pack up for just £1.70 on offer at the time at Tesco, however the usual price is about £3, Superdrug or Tesco. I wouldn't ever have paid the full price for these, as I get through a pack quite quickly and I have found cheaper brand work just as well for me. The product. The product advertises to contain moonflower aroma, be suitable for all skin types and remove even waterproof mascara. The packs come as a 25 pack, which is about average when comparing it to other brands, and I found the wipes themselves to be very thick, smooth and easy to use. The moonflower aroma gives these wipes a lovely light floral smell which lasts on your skin, and when using the wipes I didn't find my skin was left feeling oily or wet, the product sinks in and dries pretty quickly. I use face wipes to cleanse my skin, and to also remove my eye makeup, and when reviewing the product on these two areas, I am completely torn. The wipes cleanse my skin well, removing all foundation and making my skin feel clean and smooth with no irritation or issues to mention, however with the product stating 'removes even waterproof mascara' I was expecting a gentle yet effective eye make up removing wipe. When using these wipes on my eyes, it's all good until about 20 seconds after I have finished removing my makeup. My eyes began to sting so much that it hurt to open them, and when rubbing my eyes in the attempt to sooth them, my lids and lashes felt oily. I continued to finish the pack as I loved their effect on my skin, and I decided to give these the benefit of the doubt, and again I used them on my eyes. The same horrible stinging sensation happened again, and I left feeling very disappointed. For a product to claim that it removes eye make up and stating on the back that it is "gentle enough to use around the sensitive eye area" I was expecting a face wipe that would gently remove my mascara with no problems, however I was left in frustrated agony at the burning sensation on both attempts to use this. Because of this issue, I am only giving these wipes 1 star, which may seem harsh as I thought their cleansing effects on the skin was great and I have used the whole pack because of this, however I only purchased these for my eye makeup removing promises, and I feel very let down and disappointed. Thank you for reading, I also post on Ciao.
I really want to like Johnson's Dreamy Skin 3 in 1 Facial Night Wipes but I can't. The wipes are truly sumptuous with extracts of moonflower geared at relaxing the skin and the senses towards a good night's sleep. They smell lovely - the best smelling facial wipes I have ever come across - and they are dripping in creamy moisture to the point it feels like you could almost wring them out. After use my skin feels wonderfully cleansed and soft. All make-up has been removed and I am left with a delightful fragrance. There is one downside however, which makes them fundamentally unusable and that is they really hurt my eyes to the point I find myself rushing for a cold flannel to put over them after every use. I am effectively blinded for a few moments until I have applied cold water to my eyes and even after that they feel sore and irritated. I have persevered with the wipes because of their great advantages but I can't get beyond the reaction they cause to erupt in my eyes. As a result I would advise anyone with sensitive eyes to avoid this product and for everyone to approach with care. But if you are lucky enough to get away without any negative reaction then I envy you as in all other ways these wipes are great, as long as you have around £4 to spare.
Superdrug was recently running a buy one get one free on the all Johnson face wipe range. There were several varieties to choose from all priced £3.05 each. This one was in lilac coloured rectangular packaging and was a special fragranced variety designed to induce sleep. I cannot say that I need much help getting to sleep as generally tired but I liked the idea of it and the moonflower sounded intriguing. Plus I had seen these wipes recommended in a magazine. As usual, you lift up a tab in the middle and pull the wipes out of a slot. The tab seems to be very gluey which is good because if it is not, then the air gets in and the wipes will dry out which is unpleasant and best avoided. There were 25 wipes in the pack so it will last you just under a month. They are quite moist for face wipes, perhaps not so much so as their Fragrance Free ones in the white pack but enough to do the job without leaving a slighly glistening layer behind. In terms of how it removed make up, it did okay, similarly well to the other Johnsons I have tried and the Simple range. It only required 1-2 swipes on a patch to get the makeup off. However, it didn't perform quite as well as I would have liked around the eyes as the Simple ones do, requiring more swipes. These aren't bad, they don't dry out my skin which is really important and they are quick to use. Not too sure on the fragrance, it is nice, quite gentle, but seeing as I don't need help to sleep I would prefer to stick with The Fragrance Free vareity to try and keep any bad reaction away.
I picked these up at Tesco on special offer for £2.99. I have never used this particular product before but my current wipes had started to dry my skin out so I was desperate for something new. These where simply bought as a quick fix on a budget. Johnson's dreamy skin wipes come in a lilac plastic (recyclable) packaging, containing 25 wipes 190x185mm. They boast they are for all skin types, make up removal, including waterproof mascara, toning, and relaxing. A face wipe that can relax you? This was certainly new to me. "Aromasmoothe with Moonflower". I have quite oily sensitive skin, controlled acne and large pores. I wear a mineral make up and waterproof mascara daily so I was keen to see how well these wipes would remove it all. The wipes are very moist, with a silky, almost sticky consistency. They do remove the mineral make up quickly and easily but struggle to completely remove the mascara. When removing eye make up, a great trick is to hold the wipe against the eye and count to around 15 - 20 slowly, then gently wipe away. This allows the wipe to dissolve and absorb the make up, meaning you do not have to 'scrub' the wipe over the eye which can cause irritation. Even after using the wipes, I still seem to get a 'panda eye'. I have tried holding the wipe against the eye for much longer but it just cannot seem to remove it completely, and I do not wear a lot of mascara! The smell is quite divine. For some reason, it reminds me of one of my Disney vacations! It is a soft, gentle aroma, but relaxing? I can't say I have ever felt more relaxed after using a wipe so perhaps it does not work for everyone? Yet another sales tactic! For the first few days I though these wipes were really great, until my skin started breaking out rapidly and the outer corners of both eyes became dry and irritated. I would definatly not recommend anyone with sensitive skin to buy these wipes, or those who wear a lot of make up. They are 'ok' for a basic wipe for their price but I would have expected something more after all they boasted about. Certainly, 'for all skin types' has proved a little false for me, but everyone's skin is a little different. If you can pick them up on offer then try them, but do not expect a miracle in this little lilac packet.
I began using these wipes just under a year ago as the Johnson's range was on a buy one get one free offer. I used to use the normal facial wipes (the ones in the pink packet) but came across these night facial wipes. Any beauty product with the word 'night' on it really attracts me as I know the smell will be lovely (in most cases, lavender) and that it might help soothe me to sleep. THE PRODUCT The Dreamy Skin Night wipes come in a squarish, violet packet which contain 25 wipes, each of them being 190x185mm in size. The packaging, like all facial wipes, is made of plastic so don't forget that this can be recycled. The packet has a peel back, sticky film to remove the wipes, which helps to retain freshness and prevents them from drying out. The film does, however, tend to lose it's stickiness towards the end of the packet which always makes my last few wipes pretty dry. When I reach the end of a packet now, I always place something on top of it, like a moisturiser tub, to keep the film down. The good thing about these wipes is that they are 3 in 1, perfect for lazy night time cleansing when you're half asleep! The wipes effectively cleanse, tone and remove waterproof mascara in one simple 'swipe'. The formula is really gentle for use around the eye area, which means that you never get that horrible stinging which normally comes from removing mascara. These facial wipes contain Johnson's trademark 'Aromasoothe' technology which contains the relaxing Moonflower aroma "known to help calm your senses". Dreamy Skin 3 in 1 facial wipes are suitable for all skin types. THE PRICE I normally buy these wipes in Tesco, but I believe they are available in selected Boots and Superdrug's also. They retail at around £2.99 for a pack of 25, which works out at 12p per wipe. This is about the average price for most brands. They are quite often on special offer, so keep your eyes open for money saving deals. I often buy these wipes at Tesco on a 2 for £4.00 offer, so I stock up while I can. There are also other dreamy products in this range: Johnson's Dreamy Skin Night Normal/combination Skin (50ml) RRP £3.99 Johnson's Dreamy Skin Extra Care Bath (400ml) RRP £2.70 Johnson's Dreamy Skin Body Lotion with Moonflower (250ml) RRP £2.88 MY OPINION Of all the facial wipes I have tried, I have found these to be by far the best. I normally use my Origins cleanser in the morning but I really don't want to be fussing around with all that when I'm tired, my goal is to get ready for bed as quickly and as easily as possible. Which is why I use facial wipes for night time. Johnson's facial night wipes remove make up so quickly and effectively and I was amazed at how good they are at removing really stubborn waterproof mascara. Most wipes are never able to remove it all, leaving you with panda eyes in the morning or worst, they end up pulling out a few eyelashes in the process! These work so well and my skin always feels so fresh and clean afterwards! I have quite sensitive, combination skin but I find these wipes suit my skin really well. They never cause my skin to become red or itchy , plus they do seem to be able to balance out my oily and dry areas. My skin always feels amazing afterwards, cleansed, toned and beautifully soft and supple! Now lets face it, these wipes don't send you to sleep, but they never claim to do that anyway. What they do say is that the Aromasoothe with Moonflower will help to calm and relax you. As soon as I open the packet I am greeted with this really lovely, calming bedtime smell, which puts me in the mood to snooze! It smells quite fruity with a hint of lavender, it is just dreamy! Another thing which I love about these wipes is that they are very moist. I only need one wipe to cleanse my face and remove all traces of make up. I don't find that this is the case with most other facial wipes and I have had to wet them down in order for them to do its job, which I'm sure would dilute the cleansing properties in them. Anyway, I have found these wipes now and I am determined to stick with them, I think they are just great!
Johnson's is part of the Johnson and Johnson company. Although they are well known for their range of baby products, they also have a skincare range aimed at female adults. They have a range called Dreamy Skin which includes : -Body Cream -Body Lotion -Bubble Bath -Body Wash -Night Moisturiser -Face Wipes This range is designed to be used as part of your bedtime routine as the products contain Aromasoothe and Moonflower scent. **Product** Here we have the Johnson's Dreamy Skin 3 in 1 Facial Night Wipes. These are essentially face wipes which have 3 uses rolled into one. They are promoted as being able to cleanse, tone and remove waterproof makeup. They are also sensitive to the eye area so can be used for eye makeup. The wipes are moistened and have a Moonflower aroma. Moonflower is known for its relaxing properties which help prepare your body and mind for sleep. These wipes are suitable for all skin types. **Packaging** The wipes come in a lilac, plastic packet which can be recycled. They are sealed in my a sticky tab which must be replaced to keep the wipes from dehydrating. The packet keeps in tone with the Dreamy Skin range and is easily recognisable. The front of the packet has an image of a lady cleansing her face with a wipe alongside the brand/product name and some claims for the wipes. The back of the packet shows the ingredients, some product blurb and contact information for Johnson's. The wipes also have a made on and best before date on the back of the packet. **Availability and Price** Each packet contains 25 wipes measuring 190 x 185mm. These wipes can be bought in Tesco and Superdrug at £2.99. **My Opinion** You will know from my previous reviews that I am an avid user of the Johnson's Dreamy Skin range. I trust the brand and often use it for both my son and myself. Although the products may be more expensive that store brands, I feel the quality and versatility outweighs this slight disadvantage so I will continue to use them. I have started to take care of my skin more recently and this has included some changes in which products I use and how I use them. Having a toddler in the house, I don't get a lot of "me" time. When he goes to his grans to stay on a Friday night, the phone gets unplugged and I like to have a little pampering session. This includes a nice hot bubble bath and some treats for my face. So if I am treating myself then why not go for something expensive like Dior or Estee Lauder..well for one I cannot afford such an indulgence unless something special pops up in one of my ebay lots and secondly, the cheaper products work just as well and sometimes better! My face is overly dry and often feels tight. Simply washing with water doesn't do the trick and I am not a huge fan of liquid face washes. I do need a way of getting the day off my skin aswell as any makeup I may have on. I need something that won't irritate my skin or delicate eye area and that will do the job quickly and effectively. I picked these up in Superdrug 2weeks ago on a 2 for £4.00 offer. I also picked the night moisturiser up as I have used that before and it was amazing. The wipes were £2.99 and the moisturiser was £3.99 so I basically got the wipes for a penny so excellent offer! Ok so not as cheap as my last packet of 48p Asda wipes but it was on offer so that is my excuse to hubby! The packet is quite strong and despite my reservations of a sticky tab to keep the wipes from drying out, this tab has a suprisingly strong stick to it and didn't flick up when I closed the packet. The packet has all the information I need and blends in well with the rest of the range but stands out from the other wipes in the shop. I have been using one of these every night before applying the moisturiser. Opening the packet, the scent literally burst out and is very sweet and inviting. Removing just the one wipe proved rather awkward as they are enveloped into each other and two were released at the one time. I just tuck the other one back in but it would have been easier for them to be seperate from one another. The wipes themselves are of an excellent thickness and you would be hard pushed to see through them like with cheaper wipes. They are white and are of a high quality. I found that one wipe could comfortable cover my full face area vertically. Horizontally, these are quite stretchy and allow for movement well without tearing immediately. I was quite shocked at how moist these wipes really are. Obviously they need to be damp to some extent but these were nearing soaking. The quality of the wipe really shines through as you use it. It is super soft and sweeps over my face gently taking any dirt and makeup with it. I have used these for normal nightly cleansing and also after wearing makeup. The makeup clings to the wipe and locks itself into the layer which you can see once you are finished. I often wear expensive, waterproof mascara and the wipe removes all traces without irritating my eye or leaving any flakes. I was first quite shocked that the wipe left my face quite wet yet not stickly. After using, my face feels like it has been given a deep clean with a face wash and feels really clean and toned. I don't use toners often so this was a pleasant addition. The dampness on my skin did not last long and was very quickly dry to the touch. The Moonflower scent was evident but not overpowering and was soothing. My face felt fresh and my dry skin was cleansed and softened. The wipes didn't irritate my sensitive skin and after applying the moisturiser, I was all set for bed. Did I get a good sleep? Well to be honest, as these wipes don't contain sleeping tablets, they didn't work wonders. They did however help to relax me and I fell asleep a lot less stressed out than normal. I woke up to relatively soft skin which is excellent. The packet itself did a good job at keeping the wipes moist and ready for me to use again the next night. At £2.99 for 25 these aren't the cheapest but they do an excellent job by combining cleansing, toning and makeup removing into one. And the scent is simply devine especially for using just before bed..I wish there was a perfume like this as I would certainly buy it! I am very impressed with these wipes. Thanks for reading
I have always liked Johnson's products because I have quite sensitive skin and they are always gentle and efficient. I decided to try these night wipes after using other wipes in their 3 in 1 range. I have used these wipes for months and won't use anything else now. They feel slightly greasy when you take them out of the packet but they don't feel like that on your skin. My make up comes off in literally seconds with these wipes, they remove everything from waterproof mascara to blusher. I feel like they really cleanse deep down and they leave my skin feeling refeshed and dewy. I have a normal/combination skin type and i don't find these too harsh and they don't leave my skin feeling oily or dry. I usually pick these up for about £2.50 a packet in large supermarkets when I do my shopping. They are great value for money and unlike some brands, I only need one wipe to remove my make up and cleanse. I sometimes find that other brands don't remove dirt and make up very well and they're not very moist but this isn't the case with these wipes. The smell is also lovely aswell, there's no clinical type smell.
Now i would have to say johnsons is my favorite brand for skincare wipes. They are very good quality wipes and the smell is rather pleasant. Now we all know that when you take your makeup off you should do it the proper way, down in the bathroom with facial cleanser and water. But sometimes you just cant be bothered, dont have the time or are tired. I always keep a pack of cleansing wipes around the house and make sure i put them somewhere that i can see easily which for me in on my shelf or bed. My boyfriend is often evil and says when i stay at hes, hes gonna rub all my makeup off because i always sleep at his with my makeup on ( yes im vain ) but i have managed to dodge this so far! Now this particular pack is advertised as dreamy skin wipes and they contain moonflower which is proven to help aid sleep , but lets be realistic they are just a simple makeup wipe and they do not help me go to sleep lol! Now each pack of wipes contains 25 wipes and they come for different skin types aka dry or normal. They are fairly moist but i find that i have to add some extra water to them, when i peel back the lid i run the tap into the packet and then squeeze out the extra water, if i do not do this then they are never moist enough for me. Now i only wear foundation and mascara but one wipe of any brand is never enough, so i use about 3 to make sure it is all off. They are simple to use, just remove one from the packet and then reseal the lid so they dont dry out and then rub all over your face until natural beauty is restored. Simple huh? The smell is a faint pleasant lavender and floral smell which only lingers for about 5 mins while your face is still damp from the wipes. They are very easy to get hold off and can be bough in any supermarket or chemist for around £2.99, please shop around though as they are ALWAYS on a buy one get one free offer, which is always handy! My ownly faults with this product is they are never moist enough but this is very easy to resolve and i also need too use so many wipes, but hey these aint catastrophes. Also they will not help you to sleep sadly. The best bit is that they do remove all makeup very well including waterproof mascara. They can also be used during the day to freshen up your face and neck and to remove pollution and general gunk from the atmosphere. A nice tip is too put them in the fridge and then take them out when it is a hot day, as its really cooling and refreshing. I find that the price is ok, but there are many brands that are cheaper, but remember with cheaper brands they are often alot thinner and you need loads to get your makeup off! So i suggest always having a pack of these around for ease of makeup removal, especially after a night out when all you want to do is crawl into bed! Please however do not use these everyday as your skin does need proper washes aswell! So for fresh skin in a whim use these, but if you have an evil bf like me hide them away from him!! :D x
I only bought this product as it was on a buy one get one free offer in a large supermarket chain. I thought I would give them a try as the new fragrance intrigued me and I particularly liked the idea of unwinding late at night due to its moonflower fragrance. To be honest, I know many of us like to reminisce of the days gone by when Johnson's pink baby lotion is used on babies bottoms and the smell lingers on skin for hours, however for me the smell is a bit choking and also reminds me of dirty nappies! So this new fragrance seemed something positive. The cloths are soft as ever and full of moisture which is pleasant, not like the dried up facial wipes you can often get! The fragrance is pleasant and I think really does have a calming, unwinding effect. I tend to use them last thing before I get into bed as the scent really does help my bedtime routine and relaxes me after a hard day in work. My only qualm is they are not all that effective in removing grime. I would use these at night and then use a bottled cleanser in the morning to ensure all dirt is removed.
Johnson's wipes are my facial wipe of choice by a long way. I have tried most of the different brands and varieties on offer and the Johnson one's have left my skin feeling and looking the softest and most cared for. The wipes themselves are gloriously soft and velvety so using them is actually quite a calming and pleasant experience. All the others I have tried have fallen slightly short and have never really produced the results I was looking for. Having said all that, the Johnson's range of wipes are quite expensive and as every penny counts I only every really stock up when they are on some kind of special offer or promotion. The rest of the time I tend to buy Tesco own branded wipes, which are completely adequate for removing my makeup but just not quite luxurious. I was doing a very quick scoot around Sainsbury's last week for a few bits when I spotted some Johnson's products on special offer. At the end of an aisle was a stand of Johnsons dreamy skin products on offer at half price, including the Johnsons Dreamy Skin 3 in 1 facial night wipes. This pack of 25 wipes normally costs £2.99 but are currently available at £1.49 for a pack. They were packaged in a creamy lavender coloured packet and the blurb stated that they were suitable for all skin types along as containing a relaxing moonflower aroma. I've never heard of moonflower but aside from that they sounded great and I eagerly chucked a packet into my shopping basket. That evening I was excited to use these wipes as a bit of a change from my rough Tesco alternatives. I eagerly opened the packet and set about giving my face and neck a really good wipe. Well they did the job removing every trace of my day's makeup and as usual they were fabulously soft against my skin. The stand out feature of these wipes however is the 'moonflower' aroma. Now as I said, I never heard of it before but I actually loved the strange and quite strong aroma of these wipes. I am completely unable to describe it to you as it really is like nothing I have smelt before but it is calming and strangely alluring. I'm pregnant at the moment, and weirdly smells are my cravings and I really can't get enough of this particular aroma. It may not be to everyone's taste however, I do think this will be a case of love it or hate it. Now I'm not sure I would be willing to pay the full price for these wipes but I will certainly stock up on a couple of packs while the current promotion is still running.
Well we all know of Johnsons baby products that we have on the odd occassion sneaked a bit, to put onto our own skin to try and have that baby soft skin feeling and enjoy that lovely baby smell that reminds you of years gone by when your now big ones were once little ones!!. Well time moves on and over the years every brand of some sort or another, to do with skin and bodycare, are now adding this and adding that to try and get another bit of that particluar market. So nowadays you are lucky to get that baby smell back ( Johnsons talc maybe!). So again the other day I was totally fooled when I decided to buy a pack of Johnsons Dreamy Skin 3 - 1 facial night wipes. Coming in a lovely lavender colour packaging and being a night wipe I grabbed some to try that night as I was getting low on wipes. Now I know it said on the front that it had Aromasoothe with Moonflower, having never heard of "Moonflower" I decided to look this up and it means that it is a flower that it is a night blooming flower ( how strange!) so I don't know what goodness that has in it or what makes it into a good night wipe!. So eager to give these a try I decided to take my make up off earlier than usual, now I do give my face a proper cleansing routine, but use a wipe just for the start to get rid of any face make up, before using my cleanser. Now for the life of me for some reason I was a hundred percent sure that these wipes had lavender in them ( proberly the lavender colour of the packet and the words dreamy and night!.... all in the mind I suppose thats what I associate lavender with!). Well it was a bit of a surprise when there wasn't a sniff of lavender anywhere, but some other strange smell, I really can't put my finger on what it smells like ( A Moonflower maybe!), but it is a cross between a really clean smell and another smell that I really don't recognize from anywhere. I've sniffed and sniffed to try and get to what that smell was, but I'm sorry I can't think of anything like it!. It does say on the front of the packet that it contains a relaxing moonflower aroma so that is maybe the smell, I personally don't like it!. It does state on the front that it removes waterproof make-up, but I use eye make-up remover so I wouldn't like to say if it does or not. I did give it a quick wipe over my eyes and a bit came off, but I didn't give it a real hard try. These wipes are suitable for all skin types and are supposed to tone your skin as well. You get 25 wipes which are 190 x 185mm in size. I have never seen this in the shops before last week and was surprised to see that they were already on Dooyoo and a review had been written about then last April. So they are not new on the market as I first thought. I personally will not be buying these again as I really don't like the smell. They did what they are supposed to do but my skin did not feel like it has done with other wipes I have used in the past, give me the originals any day without all these new and odd aromas that they keep adding!.
I'm not at all keen on Johnson's products. I feel they are much over-rated as a rule. However of course I do love a bargain and when I saw these facial 'night' wipes reduced from £2.63 to £1.25 (on offer in Sainsbury's) I simply thought they were worth a go! The Packaging.... Lilac, oblong coloured plastic packet. On the front there is a white sticky, plastic label you pull to get the wipes out of and it reseals (very well) once you've finished using it. On that in dark blue and pink writing I'm told they're Johnson's Dreamy Skin 3 in 1 Facial Night Wipes 'for all skin types' which are 'Aromasmooth' with Moonflower and that that they 'gently remove even waterproof make-up, tones and has a relaxing Moonflower aroma. Over the white label there is a another small, round label where I'm told there is a quality guarantee and the first time you open them that gets ripped so they are tamper proof. On the bottom of the packet in the left hand side of the corner I'm told that the packet contains 25 wipes and size per wipe is stated (190x185mm) and there is a picture of a woman's face on there. On the back of the packet (all in dark blue writing yet again) I'm told a bit about the product, ingredients are listed, contact details for Johnson's are given, the best before date is stamped on and there's lots of information given in foreign languages (that I don't understand lol) and to finish it all off there is a bar-code on there. Nice enough packaging and I do like the fact that although I've nearly used all of my wipes up the packet still reseals exceptionally well meaning the wipes don't dry out providing you look after them! A Bit About The Product According To The Back Of The Packet.... Dreamy Skin 3 In 1 Facial Wipes - with Moonflower aroma, known to help calm your senses. Cleanse, tone and effectively remove even waterproof mascara. Gentle enough to use around the sensitive eye area. Using Them..... Well along with the cheapness of these to buy (in my case) one thing that really did seal the deal and make me part with my cash was the promise of the Moonflower smell. It is a smell I'm familiar with as when I was younger I used to purchase Moonflower fragranced products alot from The Body Shop! I loved that fragrance and was hoping for a nice blast for the past! Well these are designed to use at night so at night I use them! Either on a face full of make up or bear because I always like to make sure my skin is scrupulously clean before moisturising of course. The wipes themselves are almost as big as my face but of course the expected square shape. It's quite thick and white in colour and is made of cloth. It's smooth in texture and you can't see through it or anything and simply appears great quality. Smell wise it's beautiful and feminine. Highly infused with a beautiful aroma of Moonflower that is top notch! Each wipe is moist though none drip and all you do is gently rub your face with it. I love these, they are just so calming and sensitive on and to the skin! If using the wipe on a fairly clean face you only need one of them to do a fabulous job at cleansing. If using them to remove make up not so good and I find I need about 4 wipes but do it but bare in mind I do cake my face in make up! Although I need a lot of wipes to completely clean my face they still lift up the grease, grim and grot extremely well. They gently and smoothly wipe the face with oils, lift off everything and your left with skin that feels fresh and not one bit tight, your left with a gorgeous smelling face that is none greasy but feels moisturised and soft as a babies bum to the touch. The aroma on the face lasts a good hour too and it really does relax me and prepare me for sleep too! Overall... A really brilliant wipe that doesn't upset my sensitive skin. Sure I need a few wipes per make up removal so they can work out to not be the most economical buy ever but they are very mild and gentle to my skin. With time and effort they do remove the most long lasting of make up and mascara does come off very well indeed! What is a winner with these is that my eyes are incredibly sensitive and I can really scrub my eyes (not that I need to with these) if I wanted to to make sure no bits of mascara are left anywhere they shouldn't be! I really do rate them, will buy them again and am very pleased to have found them! A great 'before you go to bed product' they relax my mood, my senses and my face and I'm glowing since I started using them! This review is also posted on Ciao under this same username.
