Quite pricey for such a small pot.

      Lancome Primordiale Eye Cream

      What is it?
A moisturising eye cream by Lancome.

      Special features?
An intense moisturising eye cream that tackles the first signs of ageing such as wrinkles.

      What do I think?
I really like this. At first I didn't really notice any difference, but after about a week, I noticed that the skin around my eyes was smoother and much firmer and I felt that applying my eye make-up was easier and looked a lot better, I felt that I didn't need to apply as much concealer around that area either.

The cream is quite light, and absorbs very quickly. There is surprisingly no greasy residue left after about 5 minutes. I don't think there is any scent to this, which is another good plus, it usually means there are no unnecessary additives, particularly for the sensitive eye area.

The only thing I'm concerned about with this cream is that, if I have only applied this during the day and say, if I don't go out, I won't need to apply my make-up, so in practice I would only have this on my skin all day. I have noticed several times at the end of the day, that my eye area is visibly more lined - this, I'm not sure whether it's from the eye cream, or just my eyes being dehydrated, but I have only noticed this more when I have been using this cream...

This eye cream isn't cheap - £35 for just a 15ml tiny pot - this is several more times more expensive than the facial cream version. I think it's quite good value for what it does, though I'm still a little concerned about the crepe-like lines that I seem to have at the end of the day after using this.

A bit pricey, but worth a try.

      Thanks for reading.
