      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      So so

When it comes to face masks don't ask me why but I really am a fan of them and have been for years and I use them religiously. It isn't particulary that they do a lot of good for me if I'm totally honest with myself though a couple in the past I have tried I have been impressed with but more that I see them as a pampering treat and at 36 years old I need all the help I can get!

This my friend bought me in Lloyds when it was on offer just after Christmas at a pound a tube opposed to its usual price of about £3.99. I was pleased to recieve it and it being called organic too impressed me though don't ask me why, it just did lol.

      The Packaging:

This only comes in one size and that is in a white plastic tube with a clear flip-top lid to the bottom of it concealing a small hole that holds 50ml of the face mask. On the front of the bottle we are told that it is Lloydspharmacy 'Your Organics' Regenerating Face Mask 'With organic shea butter' and that 98.99% of the ingredients used are from natural origin. On the back of the tube other informatiion listed includes telling us how to use it and ingredients used are given, we are told that it is free from mineral oils, parabens, lanolin, phenoxethanol, colours and harsh ingredients and that it is suitable for sensitve skin and is dermatollogically tested and finally contact details for Lloyds are given. Nice enough but plain and simple packaging this is, suitable for men and women to buy it really is nothing special in the packaging department but it is all informative as it needs to be I guess though no where am i told what effects am I meant to expect from using this.

      Using The face Mask:

All you do to use this is to smear on a thin layer of the beigy, creamy lotion onto a clean face which is simple to do and it feels soft as you do it as it does feel like it has a little oil in it. You let it set for about 5-10 minutes (until it is dry) and then make sure you wipe it off with a clean warm, damp cloth and that is it. It does have a faint smell of shea butter to it but in a really faint and natural way and one that isn't heavy and when it sets it doesn't stick your face up too tightly though you can see and feel when it has dried (by see it I mean it goes white on the face).

I was impressed how easily this wiped off my face and that I had a good rosy colour to my cheeks immedietely after using it but whether that was due to the face mask or me rubbing my face I do not know to be honest with you lol.

My complextion did look clean and my skin smooth however my face felt a little tight and I did have to tone and moisturise after using this as I didn't like that sensation but whether it is meant to do that I don't know because apart from being told on the tube that it is a regenerating face mask there is nothing else explained to me so maybe that feeling was what was meant to happen.

      All In All:

Not a bad face mask I did like my skin feeling so smooth after using it and I liked the way it was easy to remove but after using this a couple of times a week although it hasn't upset my sensitive skin it doesn't seem to have made any noteable changes to my face either.

So in my summary this is simply a so so face mask, ok for a pound a tube but I wouldn't pay any more for it!
