... up putting mine in the fridge and forgetting to use them so they were in there for a few days. The directions then say to remove one set of eye patches (why do I feel like I am writing about a pirate set?) and apply one eye patch under each eye and press down firmly to ensure contact. Put the unused patches back in the fridge and leave the ones you have on for 30-50 minutes for best results. They are suitable for daily use.

I bought these from the Montagne Jeunesse website when I was looking through their product range. I have not seen these anywhere else so I thought they would be worth trying out. I work until 10pm so it takes a while for my brain to shut down enough for me to be able to sleep and have to get up again at 7.15 to deal with my horses. This tends to lead to puffy eyes from lack of sleep. These patches say they will help with this. The eye patches come in a re sealable foil sachet with a plastic compartment inside which holds the eye patches. You get 4 patches in the sachet so two uses.
