Advantages: quite cheap, relaxing, nice smell

Disadvantages: made my skin go red

We were doing the food shopping in Asda the other week and we went past the rack where the facemasks were, and I noticed a chocolate one and decided that it would be good to try so put it in the trolley.

The packaging is the same as it appears in the dooyoo picture - a sachet with an image of the product being used with the information that you need to know on it. Its easy enough to open, just pull it at the bit which it indicates, or you could always just make it easier by using scissors to open it. Once its open there is no way of closing it again so you'll have to use it within a certain amount of time.

It's also really easy to apply, before you apply however you should make sure that all your hair is off your face to prevent any stray bits of hair getting facemask on them. Also you should cleanse your face beforehand for the best results to make sure that all your make up is off, this will mean that it makes more of an affect because it will be able to get through to the pores in your skin! Put it all over your face, but not too near your eyes. Then you leave it on for 10-15 mins, without touching it at all. After this time you rinse it off - for this reason I often think that it is easier to put facemasks on in the bath as it makes less mess!

I enjoyed using this facemask because I really liked the smell - it was a lovely, rich chocolatey aroma! It also felt really nice on my skin when I was waiting with it on. However, I wasn't sure that it actually made that much affect on my skin once I had took it off. When I took it off my skin was really red, this may just be because I have quite sensitive skin, I don't think that it would happen to everyone, and also there didn't seem to be very much difference but it could have been a subtle difference possibly! I think it was quite good value for 99p from Asda, would have been better value if it worked though - you can get more value out of it by using it more than once as you can get much more than one use out of the packet.
