Montagne Jeunesse Detoxing Face Tonic mask!
I love this brand it is so amazing, as it is against animal testing, it uses natural ingredients, the packaging is recyclable and they just make the most amazing products and they are so inexpensive!
I bought this from asda I think about two months ago and I have bought another one since. It comes in this pretty oval shaped packaging and the english directions are clear and easy to follow from the packet.
The masks is really nice but it is a bit unusual as it is not like the peel off masks or the wash of ones, it is like a piece of material that it soaked in the detox tonic in the packaging and it has precut holes for you eyes, nostrils and mouth areas, you just have to pull out the little sections.
It is really really easy to get ready and to apply to your face although it is not like other masks on the market that I know of! It is not heavy on your face and it is quite cooling. The mask contains lemon and ginseng which are rich in natural oils which detoxify your skin.
This masks is really nice, I know its a bit different as it is a material instead of a cream that you are putting on your face and in my opinion it is better that the cream wash off/ peel off ones - and there is a lot less mess! It is so easy to apply and take off and it leaves my skin fresh, soften and rejuvenated! It also does not contain parabens which are not good for your skin.
*It has an amazing price of £0.99 from the products website and from asda

Thank you for reading my review
I have developed a slight obsession for Montagne Jeunesse products since joining Dooyoo and I am slowly working my way through the range. I bought this face tonic mask as part of a multi buy offer in Asda. The offer was 4 products for £3 or individually for 97p. Either way it is cheap enough to suit anyone's budget.
The sachet is in the shape of a tear drop and is orangey brown in colour as it has pictures of autumn trees on it. The writing is white with a red and blue background to make it stand out. This mask is an anti-stress ultra fast detox mask that contains lemon and ginseng. It says it is deep pore purifying. The front of the packet has a picture of a lady's face with the mask on it. The mask is suitable for vegetarians and is BUAV approved. The mask is suitable for people who have tired, stressed out skin or people that want to reduce their pores or blackheads. The packet says that the natural oils of lemon and ginseng will detox your skin (the oils may cause a tingling effect too) and the green tea and red grape juice included in the mask will have an anti-oxidant effect on your skin. After the mask you should feel relaxed with skin glowing with "ultra cleansed radiance." The packet does advise you do a sensitivity test first.
Directions for use:
Cleanse skin. Remove piece from mouth section of mask and place over nose. Lean back, relax and pat mask down for maximum contact. Leave on for 5-10 minutes to enable the natural herb essences to lift your tired, stressed skin. Remove. Gently massage in any excess liquid. Splash face with cold water and pat dry.
The packet was easy to open and the rippable bit just tore straight across. The smell reminded me of a spicy lemsip. You can smell the lemon but it has a spicier undertone which I assume is the Ginseng. The mask itself is pale yellow with a bright orange pattern which is really cheerful to look at. You can see the moisture on the mask and it did drip a bit when I was unfolding the mask. It unfolded easily but like all of these fabric masks, I had difficulties pulling the mouth section out. It is attached in about 6 places and you have to really pull to break the attachments. The mask felt cooling and refreshing on my skin and whilst the smell started out ok, it became a bit nausiating after a while. I only managed to keep the mask on for 7 mins before the smell put me off. I didn't feel any tingling while the mask was on either.
I rolled the mask into a ball and used it to massage the excess moisture into my skin. After splashing my face with cold water and patting it dry, I had a look in the mirror expecting to see a difference. My skin looked exactly the same as it did before the mask. I don't think it looked any cleaner and my pores still looked the same. This mask would be nice and refreshing on a hot summers day but I don't think I would buy it again.
