“ Brand: Moosehead / Type: Face Mask / Suitable for: Face / Skin type: for dry skin and for all types „
I brought these in Sainsbury's for 59p each. They were reduced and the normal price would be 75p which I think kis very reasonable. Each sachet is a single use sachet and there is enough mask inside to give your face and jaw a really good thick covering.
Mud Moose Mask is meant to draw out impurities in your skin and replenish nutrients that may have been lost through normal exposure to weather conditions and other testing things on your skin, like central heating etc. It should also absorb excess oils in your skin so is good for oily skin or combination skin if you have it. I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin though as it does sometimes leave my cheeks a little dry.
You should apply to newly cleansed skin and smear over your face and jaw line, avoiding the eye area and mouth. Leave for 10 minutes adn then rinse off with warm water.
I do find the rinsing hard and always end up using a flannel to completely wipe it all off, then having to wash it straight away. I prefer peel off masks but this one is so thick and creamy that I do like to use it occasionally.
Once applied it takes a little longer than 10 minutes to completely dry, but I do tend to wash off after 10 minutes to avoid any irritation on the skin. Once washed they recommend to moisturise your skin and this advise is good, as it helps replenish any lost oils in the dry sections of your face, like cheeks.
I have used this mask at least 10 times now and each time has been lovely. It is really nice to smear on as it feels gorgeous and my skin is left feeling stretchy and clean, as well as supple and soft.
I really like this mask but like to intersperse it with peel off ones as they are easier to remove.
