Advantages: Lasts for what seems like forever!

Disadvantages: Nothing

My mother recommended this product to me for my chapped hands as she swears by it. After using it just once I was in a similar boat! I have tried a range of hand creams and this is the best as the others make your hands feel great for about an hour and then they're back to normal. I don't know what it is about this formula, but for my hands it has really been a lifesaver.

The bottle doesn't look very big and so maybe you'll question whether it's good value for money. It turns out that it's GREAT value for money as it lasts for a very long time (it says it will do 300 applications but I haven't been counting!) The back of the bottle claims that 'just a dab' is needed, which I ignored at first but came to realise that you only need the smallest amount and it will still work wonders. As you're only using a small blob of the product, your hand's don't feel super greasy as can happen with other creams. Also the cream is a pleasant whitish colour and it doesn't smell or irritate the skin at all.

The product has also not been tested on animals, which is great if this is something you look for when buying beauty items. I would definitely recommend this hand cream to anyone, even if you have the driest of hands as it makes them much smoother and makes you feel much better about them. I use it mainly on a particularly dry patch of skin between my thumb and index finger and after a few applications I can see a huge difference. However, the cream doesn't make the problem disappear completely so you have to be willing to apply it regularly to notice a difference. If you're looking for a one stop solution for your dry or chapped hands, this is probably not the product for you.

The nozzle being on the end makes it easy to squeeze the cream out as gravity works with you. It also doesn't gush out of the end so there is little wastage. The small size that it comes in makes it easy to fit in your handbag or makeup bag if you want to carry it around to apply anywhere and it is very light which is also helpful. I managed to find this product on special offer at the supermarket so if you think its regular retail price is a bit steep, you'll find it cheaper if you're prepared to look around. However, for the amount of time it will last you, spending a few pounds on such a high quality product is definitely worth it in my opinion.
