The reason for number one rating is they stay moist. Last year I bought 10 packs as they were on offer at Tesco and from the first to the last they stayed fresh and moist. Even once the pack is opened they stay fresh. They do not dry out the skin as do some of the wipes, especially those which contain alcohol.

Neutrogena face wipes in my opinion are the very best on the market. I have tried numerous others including Garnier, Johnsons, Nivia Vasage, Nivia, Sainsbury's, Asda and Tesco's own brand, and many more that I cannot remember. I always go back to these wipes.
