A wonderful, versatile cold creme by nivea that has become a classic beauty product in our house hold. The simple, timeless blue pot has gained a positive reputation as a multi purpose moisturiser that is suitable for all the family, both men and women alike.

The Glycerin formula intensively moisturises and soothes the skin, leaving that suttle, yet gorgeous, distinct nivea smell.

This product however does have quite a heavy, thick consistency and I find that it is more suitable for very dry skin, such as elbows, knees and hands. I have always used it as a hand creme, on my sensitive dry skin with great results. However I feel It wouldn't be the best choice for oily skin types or as a facial mousturiser if you're prone to outbreaks.

One other thing I have noticed is, this creme can be difficult to apply to damp skin, It doesn't seem to absorb in very well, therefore I would advice for best results to apply about 15 minutes after a bath or shower. A small amount goes a long way and even a small pot can last months.

Nivea creme is still one of my all time favourite beauty products and it is easy to see and smell why it continues to last the test of time.
