Advantages: Works!! Suitable for sensitive skin!
Disadvantages: Nothing major!
The Nivea Crème comes un in a little blue metal pot which is quite wide, yet quite shallow. You have to pull the lid off to get to the cream. There is a foil lid on top of the crème which allows you to see that the crème is 'fresh' and that no one else has used it which I think is good.
To look at the cream is bright white; it looks very 'set' and thick. It actually looks quite messy (reminds me a bit of sudacrem to look at.
Applying the cream is very simple; simply dip your (clean) finger into the pot and start rubbing into the face. I find that the cream absorbs really quickly which is good as it means that you can carry on with whatever else you are doing. I usually apply it before bed; with other creams I have found that my hair sticks to the cream in the night and then I wake up in the morning with greasy hair; but I don't get this with this product which is great for me.
The crème is an intensive moisturising cream and so it does the job well, and quickly too. I find that because it does such a good job, for me, it is not something that I need to apply everyday, but more every other few days or so. But I guess this depends on what kind of skin you have; for example if you have very dry skin then it may be something that you may need to apply every day.
You don't need that much and so one little tin will last you a long time. When first bought it, I instantly thought; well that's not going to last very long as there is only a small amount in the tin. But don't be fooled, as it will last you a good few weeks.
I have quite sensitive skin which soon lets me know when it's not happy; yet I have never experienced any discomfort or other problems when using this product, and so I would say that it is suitable for sensitive skin.
I would recommend this cream. It is available for around £3 from places such as Boots.
