***INTRODUCTION*** When it comes to skincare, and cleansing wipes in particular, I am not too fussy. The only thing I tend to look for is good, moist wipes that will remove all traces of make up, and leave my skin fresh before bed. I normally tend to pay in the region of about £1.50 - £3.00 for a single pack of wipes, so these are often by good branded names. Whilst shopping for some clothing in Primark the other day, I spotted their beauty section in my local store. As I had ran out of wipes, I decided to just pick up some of these Oil Balancing Cleansing Wipes with Tea Tree. I threw them into my basket without thinking much of them, but how surprised was I to be ... Read the complete review

I wear quite a lot of make-up on a daily basis so it is essential that I have some good wipes that not only take off the make-up but also cleanse my skin, so when seeing some in my local Primark recently I was pretty sceptical but at £1 for two packs, I thought I may as well give them a go! The packs include 25 wipes and are contained in the usual re-sealable plastic packs for this type of product. All too often, I forget to reseal the packet properly and have found that they do dry out quickly so remember to seal it! Apart from that though, they are initially really wet and therefore remove a large amount of make-up with ease. With other brands I have tried I ... Read the complete review

Quite often I will take a browse in Primark when I'm in the vicinity of one as I am a massive fan of the store and its prices. Rather often I end up stuck at the tills in a massive queue and by the till (usually!) there is a massive array of cheap items and this is where I always seem to end up putting my shopping bill up! I use face wipes almost every day as I find them simple to use and less messy than getting involved with cleansers and toners and the likes and these I bought two packs of (they come in 2 separate packs stuck together with sellotape) and cost just a pound so you get 50 wipes which works out at a cost effective 2p a ... I've used Primark cleansing wipes on and off for a few years and purchased these Oil Balancing Cleansing Wipes with Tea Tree a few months ago on a whim as the regular ones I buy weren't at the counter. I visit Primark maybe once every 2-3 months just to see if there's anything of interest there and usually just pick up the wipes at the counter when paying. I generally pick up the pink packets whose name escapes me right now. The first thing I noticed when opening the pack was the very strong odour from the wipes which I really found quite unpleasant. I don't know if this is actually the scent of tea tree but it straight away made me think "I'm not buying ... Read the complete review

I have always had sensitive skin so find it difficult to find face wipes that don't irritate my face. I paid £1.50 for these, i was hoping that they would be ok since i had never tried them. My first reaction is that they do smell great and are very soft. However that is as far as good qualities go for me. My friends have these and have had no problems with them and use them quite regularly so it is just sensitive skin that they affect. Once i wiped my make-up off the first thing i noticed was quite a painful stingy, directed mainly on my cheeks which caused them to go bright red which wasn't ideal. The next morning they had started to rash and i had to spend the next ... Read the complete review
