I received this moisturiser in a little mini kit of REN products that I got free with a magazine last month. After looking around online I found the full-sized (50ml) version costs £27.

My mini version comes in a plastic tube with a screw off lid, but the full version comes in a bottle with a pump dispenser on the top. The design is very nice and looks very high quality which I would want from something so expensive.

The moisturiser has quite a thick cream consistency and a strong and rather strange smell which I can't even atempt to describe. It's not an unpleasant smell though, just strange. The cream feels quite thick when I apply it which worries me as it feels quite heavy on my combination skin.

It doesn't sink in as quickly as I would like, but once it has it leaves my skin feeling extremely soft and smooth. My skin is quite sensitive nad so the soothing element of the cream definitely interested me and I felt it worked well to soothe any irritation and calm down redness and other visible signs of irritation. It also moisturises very effectively making any dry spots or irritations less noticeable.

The only problem I have with it, and for me personally it's a major one, is that it's just too heavy for my combination/oily skin and it leaves my skin feeling a little clogged and dirty after a while and looking very shiny. If it wasn't for this I would rate it very highly but this is an important factor for me.
