Advantages: Smell great, light and cleansing

Disadvantages: Not so good for heavy makeup or mascara

I am always trying different facial cleansing wipes as I use them every morning and night. When I saw these on offer in Sainsbury's I thought I would give them a go. I think the packaging is really nice and makes them look more expensive than they are with its nice neutral tones and modern lettering. The pack also seemed to be a good size for the low price. When I opened them, I was pleased to find that they resealed well as it is very annoying when packs like this come open again once you have put them away as the wipes dry out and aren't much use any more. The wipes themselves are textured similar to quilted toilet roll which feels very nice against the skin. They are fairly thin but are not flimsy. The wipes are nicely moist but not too wet and the liquid on them is not at all greasy or soapy. They take of makeup such as foundation and powder well but are not so good at removing mascara or eyeliner. They leave the skin feeling soft and cleansed but you might need to apply moisturiser before putting makeup on as they are not very hydrating. But the best thing about these wipes is the smell. They smeel absolutely gorgeous and quite similar to Parma Violets sweets which I really like!

Summary: Feel and smell lovely but you'll need something else to remove eye makeup
