When I unscrew the lid I notice that as the label claims, this product is fragrance free- there is no scent at all. It just looks like water and given that there is no smell, it could well be water.

Sainsburys toner I don't as a general rule always use toner especially when my skin feels dry and tight but sometimes if I feel my skin needs a little bit extra "help" in the cleansing department, I do stock up on the stuff. WHAT DOES IT DO... Sainsbury's fragrance free toner is advertised to be specially formulated to remove excess oils. It is dermatologically tested and suitable for all skin types.
