For those of you who have read my other posts, you may have already noticed that I have written quite a number of reviews on Shiseido products. Yes, I am a loyal Shiseido fans and use their products from day to night!
Similar to many other Shiseido products, the bottle comes in a paper box with the name Shiseido on it. The bottle itself has a semi-opaque body and a white lid, together with a white pump so that you can pump the moisturiser out. The semi-opaque body enables you to differentiate it from the day moisturiser, which has the same shape and size. Every bottle contains 75ml of the moisturiser.
The night moisturiser claims to be a multi-action nighttime revitalizer that counteracts signs of daytime damage and delivers intensive hydrating benefits to skin while you sleep. It also helps to restore softness and smoothness of your skin and gives it a healthy-looking glow.
There are 3 night time moisturisers available under the Skin Care line, namely: Night Moisture Recharge Light, Night Moisture Recharge, Night Moisture Recharge Enriched . I have tried three of them and found that the enriched one is simply too rich and feels too thick on the face. This night moisture recharge light one is the one which is the lightest among all but provides equally good hydration ability. I found my skin to be hydrated after applying it while feeling it still very light and my skin will not be blocked.
While I am very happy with the effect of this product, I will recommend you to use the other two night moisturisers under the Skin Care line if you are looking for some extra moisturisation.
Applying the product
Similar to the day moisturiser, the product should be applied over face each evening after cleansing and balancing skin. I personally like to add a bit of serum to the face prior to applying this moisturiser.
For the record, the product is available at £ 47.00 online.
